"This is the second year that we have stayed in this condo for 14 nights. It is an amazing place! Walk across the street to the ocean and then come right back and the pool is 10 feet from your door! Very clean and in great condition!"

"Staff was responsive to correct horrible smell which no one could pinpoint the cause for it. The condo was re-cleaned within 90 minutes of the complaint but the smell never did completely go away. "

It's a quick walk to the beach and the public access it sits across from is the nicest one in Wrightsville Beach (good bathrooms and showers). I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only reason we didn't reserve it again for next summer already is that our plans for next year are still up in the air."

"Lovely view of the marsh. The owner needs to supply the unit with good pillows, glass glasses for drinking, a decent broom for sweeping the wood floors and deck. The floors made my feet black as they had not been wet mopped by the house cleaners who I asked to come during our stay to do the job. I would not put my feet on my own furniture if they were as dirty as this floor was."

A table on the deck would be a nice addition, as eating space was limited and the king mattresses are a bit worn, resulting in some tossing and turning for sensitive sleepers."

The location is perfect, with beautiful marsh views and steps away from Wrightsville Beach.
