"A nice, comfortable condo. Pros were it was clean, has lovely new bedding, and is convenient to the pool/beach. Cons were the closets were full of stuff, the lock on the sliding glass door was broken (Intracoastal never came so we used extra flooring tiles left in the laundry room as a door stop), the kitchen wasn't stocked very well, and everything except the new bedding was fine but not updated and of average quality and appearance. Overall we had a good week and it was a nice enough condo. "

"This was our 5th trip to Wrightsville, but our 1st stay at Dunridge and we rented this unit from Intracoastal. This unit was spacious and had a well stocked kitchen with a washer/dryer. We were traveling with 6 in our party, which this unit sleeps 6. However, there is not enough seating in the living room for 6. It has a couch (seats 3) and 2 chairs, so someone had to sit in the floor to watch TV in the Living Room, but there are TV's in all the bedrooms. The WIFI only had a Fair signal and would drop constantly. The cable channels were great in the Living Room but the signal in the Master was sketchy and the WIFI signal was weak never got a signal over FAIR. We experienced problems with the air condition and had to call twice (back to back) and not sure the problem was fixed, as the repair man said there was a problem with the main drain in the complex and they were not allowed to work on a building problems. We would stay in this complex again, but not return to this particular unit."

"We had a great experience overall. The place was clean and perfect location as same level for pool and easy access to beach. We felt secure and will come back. The only thing we didn't like was the WIFI connection. We couldn't connect which made for an angry 8 year old and frustrated working vacation parents. Would love love to come back but only if place had its own wifi! Please fix wifi"

"The unit was very nice. Our big complaint was the very very hard mattresses.
Also 4 light bulbs burned our during our stay. The office should have a supply of bulbs to replace these. We had to go out and buy bulbs."

"The condo was as described and clean. It has a great location to the pool and has a large balcony. One of the areas that I would like to see improved upon is the beds and furnishings. I think this is important to point out that the beds are as firm and hard as you could possibly get. We didn't sleep very well, I wouldn't rent this unit again. The furnishings are very low end which isn't that big of a deal but certainly provides little comfort while in the unit. The balcony furniture leaves much to be desired."

"The property was nice, but it was not the one we originally reserved. Intracoastal made a mistake on their end and did not offer us any kind of discount on our rental as a result of their mistake. That was terrible customer service in my opinion. It all fell on the property manager, Tom Johnson, who seemed unsympathetic to the fact that we were not staying in what was originally promised to us (which I discovered three days before our arrival). It was a big headache for us. Dune ridge 1109 was nice, but the view wasn't great. We will think twice before renting again with Intracoastal. "
8/1 There was a problem with the Navis link they were sent, it showed DR 2211 rather than DR 2303. The guest made the reservation months ago, and called multiple times about the unit, but didn't realize it until 3 days before her stay. She got a $288 refund for the move, not sure why she said she was not offered any kind of discount. I'm glad she enjoyed the unit, and we did all we could have to fix the mistake. CMM

"Property was spacious and clean, and the proximity to the ocean made for a great vacation. Our four kids had a blast. The older two took surf lessons right behind our property, and our two little guys were in the pool or ocean all day every day.
The only issue was the a/c in our unit. Three times it needed to be serviced during our visit and the temp consistently rose above 80 degrees. Condensation had soaked the carpet prior to our arrival, so it was obvious that there was a problem. Not sure why it wasn't addressed prior to our arrival."
This HVAC issues has been resolved, we appreciate their patience and understanding. Look forward to having them again!
"Duneridge is a very desirable location and has nice access to the beach. However, our rental (#1109) was in need of some updates with the furniture and carpet. Every time I sat in one of the family room chairs a bug crawled on me. I would only sit on the couch or dining chairs. The carpet was very, very dirty. The beds were rock hard and were brutal to sleep on. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated nicely and the view from the porch was decent, even for a first floor unit. For the amount paid for this rental, I defintiely expected better quality.
Going forward, I will have someone who lives local look at the unit before I put a deposit."

"The unit smelled moldy and musty especially in the bedroom with twin beds. After a thunderstorm the smell was almost unbearable. I would not rent this unit again due to the smell. The kitchen was nice and had everything you needed. Lillian was not very helpful - didn't distribute the "welcome bags"; didn't provide the code to our building; made us wait for the other unit we rented to be ready although ours hadn't been occupied and was ready. By the time you get the key and go to the unit the office has closed for the day. We should have asked for something to have been done or been moved."
So sorry to hear they had a poor experience. We have worked with the staff and owner to ensure everything is good in the unit. This is a fantastic unit, we look forward to having this guest again.
