"The unit itself was great - clean/convenient and well appointed. Wifi was terrible in the unit though - it should either be improved or not promoted in the listing. Rental company was not very helpful (initially suggested that we contact the cable provider, then we insisted that they come out since they manage the unit. The technician said it's HOA provided and not good unless condo owner upgrades.) Shower fixtures needed missing parts but still worked. We didn't think the unit offered as much value as the rate we were charged because of these two issues. Otherwise the unit was fine."

"Location is excellent. Air conditioning did not work all that well in the condo and I woke up every morning with hundreds of ants crawling in either the kitchen or the living room. I would recommend this property but not the condo."

"This unit did not meet our expectations regarding experience with other DR rentals and with standards we attributed to IC Realty Corp. When we arrived we were told that the unit was not ready because the inspector sent the cleaning crew back for a redo. Then when we entered, we were greeted with an unpleasant odor, soiled carpets and a evidence of poor overall maintenance. We determined the the majority of the odor resulted from a full, unlined trash can left in the kitchen and a clogged sink disposal --- so much for the inspection and re-clean. I contacted the property manager who came to see the unit and he said that the cleaners would come back the next day. They did not. Do not stay at this place."
8/14/15- We apologize this guest did not enjoy their stay and that they encountered issues. Hopefully they will be back next year and we can find them a unit to better fit their needs. KMF
"Good overall. Here are a few specific suggestions, mostly kitchen related.
1) Replace broken blender and remove blender with missing top.
2) Sharpen or replace knives; they are extremely dull.
3) Clear out some plates/glasses to allow cabinet space for food.
4) No need for multiple appliances of same sort (e.g. coffee makers); eliminate redundant appliances to free up space.
5) A couple more chairs for the deck would be helpful.
6) WIFI a bit spotty."

"I always enjoy Duneridge and overall really like the property, find it to be clean and nice and in good repair. Our specific condo this year was a letdown, it had very old and dingy bed spreads and was missing a mattress cover on 1 bed and had a blood stain on the bed. All the dishes and silverware looked unclean and I had to rewash anything we used and on the 1st floor we were unable to enjoy any view of the beach or the ocean. Some of the deck furniture was coming apart and we were afraid to sit in it. I would return to Duneridge but not to this condo and will not stay on the 1st floor again."
9/3 We will discuss these items with the owner this year. It is a very cute and quaint unit, but hopefully the owner will do some updating. Look forward to having this guests again, and will put them in a higher unit! CMM
"For the first time, we had problems with a Condo at Duneridge. However, in spite of a water problem, dirty dishes in the cupboards and a non-functional internet, Intracoastal took care of the problems and all were solved by Sunday (checkin was Saturday). They bought an internet hotspot to us on Monday. Very satisfied with Intracoastals response. All ratings below are based on the FIXED problems/condo. mary"

"Lots of space for our family of 5. Couch furniture uncomfortable, need to update tvs, drainage in tub poor, cracked tile floor in bathroom needs to be replaced. In general, it just needs to be updated. For the cost of a weekly rental, it should have been nicer. Even the dish drainer didn't fit in sink!!!! Would not rent that unit again."
This is the most economical unit in Duneridge, so most items are not as updated as other properties. It is properly represented on the website. We hope to have this guest again, and have them in a unit that better fits their needs.

"We have stayed at Duneridge before and had been very pleased. We realize that there weren't many options when we did make reservations, but we were not nearly as happy with this particular unit. All units may have "aged" since our last stay, but this one seemed especially in need of updating. The bath mats did not appear very clean--nor did the mattress covers. I even washed a couple of things before we settled in. There were 3-4 broken slats on the vertical blinds. (We were very careful using them.). The lock on the sliding door to the balcony did not work well. The dishes and flatware seemed to have a film. I don't think they were soiled, but I felt the need to wash what we used. The exhaust fans in both bathrooms failed to work. The sliding door tracks in the bathrooms were not very clean. Overall, we think the unit just needs to be updated--especially for the rent amount. We did not really complain about the kids/teenagers running up and down outside the first floor at least three nights in a row @10:30-11:00p.m. I imagine that was likely a consequence of staying on the 1st floor with easy access to the pool. On our last night, I opened the door on a bikini-clad teen and asked that she and her friends please stop running around. I would not want to stay on that floor again--nor in the same unit. "
