"The place was very big and the patio balcony was the best with straight on view of the ocean. There are 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is clean but it’s dated. The owners should really update the place, get rid of the carpet and old dated tubs and it could be really beautiful and I would suggest a king size bed in the master as there is plenty of room. It could also use a better darkening shade in the master due to full sun. It’s nice but really dated. "

"Duneridge is a wonderful vacation spot with gorgeous ocean views, easy beach access, and a spectacular pool area. Unit 2304 was nice and accommodated our family of six. The large family room and comfy sectional was great. It could, however, use some upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. The balcony was amazing, and especially having the fireworks over the 4th of July! It was a great vacation!"
"The view from the condo was great, the location was fantastic, the condo was nice but a little dirty and out of date. The building elevator did not work the entire time during our vacation. My parents are elderly and my father has heart and knee issues and was dependent upon this elevator working. When we arrived late on September 10th, my elderly parents had to traverse the 46 stairs to the third floor condo. They were very displeased to say the least. What we thought would be repaired the next day was not and never was during our three night stay and my parents had to enjoy the ocean from the deck and living room of the condo. My parents saved their money for this vacation and feel as though their money was stolen from them. A working elevator would have made a world of difference for my family."

"Overall good experience and great service from Intercoastal. A few things about the condo were not up to par. The light in the master bath was very dim and a few of the light bulbs were burnt out. The mattress in the master bedroom was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The cupboards are very disheveled with the pots and pans that you had to perform a balancing act to get anything out. Other than these things mentioned, the condo has a great view and is clean. Duneridge has the best pool on Wrightsville Beach. "

"We had a very enjoyable week staying at Duneridge 2304. The property provided all that we could have asked for and was very comfortable. We had one minor issue with the sliding glass door to deck, but the problem was fixed immediately when reported to Intracoastal. The appliances appeared to be relatively new and were in good working order. Our only minor complaint is that the dishes did not seem to be as clean as we would have liked, but we attribute that to prior renters. We have stayed at Duneridge multiple times in recent years and it is our favorite beach vacation destination!"

"Overall happy with the rental unit but there were a few things that can be improved. The toaster did not work. The coffee maker was old and dirty. The pots and pans were not organized in the cupboards and were hard to find without them all crashing out. The twin bed frame in one of the bedrooms squeaked badly and was annoying. Other than these few items, there is a great view and we would certainly rent again."

"Desperately needs a makeover- wallpaper, carpet, stools, and most furniture is very dated. Toaster doesn't work, it won't stay down and only toasts on one side :/ Found a dead cockroach in the hall bath! The building is also in need of repairs-windows are fogged up and peeling. While the view and beach were delightful I would not recommend this unit."

"We have stayed in this condo with our family for many years. It is comfortable and convenient!"
"Our family had a good stay here - everything was working in the condo (appliances, etc), and it has a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is great and only about 10 minutes from downtown. The pool is great and just a few steps from the beach. A few cons: The carpet in the main living area definitely needs to be replaced, it is very old and has some stains, as a rental I would replace it with tile, easy to clean. There are bed pillows at the condo but ours were old and stained, they should really replace the pillows too, in the meantime I suggest bringing your own. Overall we had a nice time."

"all was well until we tried to use the stove. When turned on if never stopped heating so then the fire alarm would go off since there was so much burned on stuff. Finally repair man came and said non fixable.I Was told I would get some compensation since we brought all our food to eat and had to go out instead. Couldn't cook. A lot of things need to be updated from 1989 when built. wont stay in 2304 again.
10/21 So sorry this guest had such a poor stay. We did work out a compensation for this guest since it was an unfixable problem. The stove top and microwave did still work, the temperature gauge on the oven broken. We appreciate this guests long time repeat business, and we look forward to having her again. CMM
"We checked out of 2304 Duneridge today and I wanted to share a few items that needed attention.
These items ranged from maid staff issues, to maintenance issues and to owner issues.
+ Fridge Light Out
+ Hallway Light Out
+ Balcony Light Out
+ Balcony Lounge Chair Broken
+ Old, chipped, stained Toilet Seats
+ Yellowing old, flat pillows
+ Stained mattress Pads
+ Crumbs along bar baseboards
+ Master bedroom blinds missing panels
+ Kitchen is cluttered and disorganize
+ Touch & go WiFi (does not work on balcony)
+ Sand on balcony upon arrival
+ No curtains in bedrooms
+ Master toilet running (jiggle, jiggle)
+ No squeegee to clean sea spray off balcony window doors
I understand that we had an opportunity to bring these items to your attention upon arrival, but we chose to just deal with it and get on with our vacation.
The view was wonderful and the appliances were in good working order. The property site (pool, elevator, landscape) is excellently maintained.
For the record, I found Intracoastal Realty agents to be courteous and professional and will not hesitate to use and recommend them for future vacation rentals.
I just find it unfortunate to pay tip-top dollar and not get a tip-top property."

"The condo is in great shape. My only issue was the lack of room for our belongings and supplies for the week. Each closet was full of spare blankets, pillows, throw pillows or old rugs. In the kitchen and laundry room, every space was full of the owner's things. The front closet was full of chairs, floats and fishing rods with hooks still attached. But overall the unit was a delight. "
7/23 Glad they enjoyed the condo! We can work on condensing some closets in the off season, and making more space in the kitchen/laundry area. Most guests love having chairs and floats on sight, and spare blanket and pillows are necessary. CMM

"The property was beautiful, spotless, and convenient to restauants and stores. We spent our time between the beach and pool. Enjoyed every moment. "
"Our over all stay was very good...however it was very disappointing the property did not have recycling available on site. There was not a request to recycle or any related information. For this reason alone I would not recommend the property to a friend."
Unfortunately, the only place to recycle on the island is at the Town Hall in the center of the island. This information is now provided in all move in packets. CMM
"The beds and the living room sofa were very comfortable. There was a rug between the dining room table and the kitchen bar that did not fit in that area and had to be manually straightened all the time. I found that it covered a very dirty carpet underneath, so we did not remove it for safety sake. Although the kitchen was very well stocked, the microwave was missing some parts and some of the pots and pans were old and hard to use. Screen door on patio is chipped and pealing.
I never saw any staff either with check in or check out "
