"For what we paid, it was really just an average place. The place was a little dirty and worn out, and the bathroom was a bit moldy."

"We have been coming to Duneridge for years, but unfortunately, this will likely be our last year. The location, beach access, views and pool are tough to beat. However, we had quite a few maintenance issues. The A/C was broken, for what seemed quite awhile, and required two visits from HVAC and the dishwasher was broken requiring a technician. We know that things break- no big deal, but we were VERY disappointed in how the management company (Intracoastal) spoke and helped us handled these issues. They were very rude and condescending. In general, 2306 was a great unit for our family, but Intracoastal was not very friendly and did not make customer service a priority. "

"We’ve rented from Duneridge on several occasions and had really nice condos and some that weren’t. This one falls somewhere in the middle. It’s been updated but has a few issues to resolve.
The unit needs: new blinds, a new coffee maker, and cooking essentials, new king mattress, and new patio furniture."

"It was a beautiful property. Nothing is conveniently around you and if you want anyone to visit you parking is a nightmare. Wifi is tricky but works if you get a hotspot through the management office.
Only downside is check in and check out time. it breaks up the days.

"Quiet place (however, we were there at a quiet time of year), well laid out (we couldn't hear snoring from the other rooms), clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils. The washer/dryer came in very handy. The beds were comfortable enough (there's no place like home). The pool was awesome - large, clean and plenty of chairs (again, though, we were there at a quiet time of year). The only drawback was no bathtub which made it a little difficult bathing the children. Overall, though, it was a nice unit."

"this was a great location for our family gathering for Easter vacation week. We had three generations with ages from three to 65. Well appointed unit, great views and proximity to the page. Only disappointment was that the pool was closed for repair."

"It was great. Property with pool and easy beach access. It's our 3rd time in this unit and we really love it.
Two issues: They have an ant problem. We were really good about not leaving food out on the counter but they swarmed. Need to address that.
The other inconvenience was that the dishwasher is really not functional. The dishes were no where near clean at the end of the cycle. They need to upgrade/replace.
Lastly, no broom provided. I would have happily swept the sandy floors but there was no broom in the unit. "

"Had a girls week for my big 5-0 and it was amazing!! The grounds at Duneridge are beautiful, very clean, quiet and secure. You cannot ask for a better beach than Wrightsville! The condo was very nice with upgraded baths, kitchen and newer living room furniture.
I do have a couple of complaints with the condo; the dishwasher did not clean dishes well at all. The bigger issue that I became concerned with was the overall cleanliness. The sheets in the master bedroom had a small blood stain; I assumed they had been washed but not bleached. Blood stained sheets should no longer be used. Then I spilled a clear liquid on the kitchen floor, when I went to wipe it up, you could tell that the floor had not been moped in quite sometime (or the mop needs to be replaced). The flooring is light oak so you could not see the dirt but the hand towels were completely black. Having a 10am check out and 4pm check in should be sufficient time to thoroughly clean the condo. When you spend as much as this for a vacation rental, it should be as clean, if not cleaner than the home you live in.
Other than that, very nice place, beautiful beach and I will consider renting 2306 or another Duneridge condo in the future. "

"We have been renting in Wrightsville Beach for 32 years; the last 10 years + or so at various Duneridge units. We rent two units at once so we've stayed in many. This unit is a nice one, recently renovated, however, since it's only a two bath unit, we find the price increase not in line with comparables. The dishwasher needs attention as the soap receptacle is jammed and unusable due to powdered detergent clogging/jamming. The second day I reported a toilet paper holder that had come off the brackets. I reported again and it was never repaired. I was worried we would lose the pieces place by the sink. In general, this is a nice unit but does not warrant the owners' higher than most price hike. If they review the prices and come down a bit, we might consider renting this unit in the future...if we come back to Duneridge. Duneridge HOA needs to stop benefitting from renters dollars in fees and start providing services like repairing the lock on the ladies room pool door. We ourselves own rental properties in several other states and are more than well aware of how most communities value their rental market."

"Unfortunately the condo was not as nice as the pictures showed on the website. It was very worn and needs updating, especially bedding (pillows, bedspreads etc). The rental being the first month of the summer we were surprised to see the hall and kitchen and bathroom walls so nasty. Obviously they don't repaint walls before summer season. Terro ant killer had been hidden behind something on a kitchen counter and had leaked and we didn't know it was there and I had to throw bags of food away that sat in the ant killer. A note should be left that that stuff is being used. Toilet paper holder was left broken in the hallway. We were told that this was one of the better units!!!?"
7/6- We apologize this guest had issues! Had we have known we would have been happy to bring out new pillows and bedspreads! This unit is one of our updated units, with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and updated bathroom fixtures. We did have a long term tenant in the unit which is why the walls had scuffs, we apologize if that deterred from the enjoyment of the guests vacation. Repainting will be done after the season as we have no availability during the summer. Thank you for the great feedback! KMF

"Lovely condo - enjoyed our stay. Furnishings were great and the décor was nice. The dishwasher did not work properly and we had to wash the dishes by hand. The iron was already taped up and left white residue on a black pair of pants, and the place really needs to come with a hair dryer. "
5/17 This unit is great and had a lot of updates this off season. We will look into the dishwasher, wish they had told us while they were here! We bought a new iron while they were here, and a hair dryer is unfortunately not a required inventory item. CMM

"Overall I found the rental very good. Location was great and pool was great. Wifi provided was grossly subpar and there seems to be no interest in improving. Streaming was next to impossible. Also, my unit did not have either a bath or an oven and I don't recall seeing that or noticing that in description. With little children, a bath and operating wifi is mandatory. That negatively affected the experience. I also would like to have been notified more clearly about what I would need to bring (ie extra toilet paper) and it would be great if there was a shopping/stocking service so that people traveling from far away could arrive to a filled refrigerator for a fee."

"The rental was filthy when we arrived and the dishwasher was broken. There were dishes in the cupboards with food on them. The floor turned my children's bare feet black.
Your management team acted quickly to remedy the situation, even though it was the weekend, and we appreciated that. "

"We rented this condo for 5 months during the witner and could not have been happier with the location and view. It also has a very nice view and furnishings. We created many happy memories while living here that we will always treasure.
I will say that what made it nice was having a quiet, peaceful stay. Come during the winter and enjoy having Duneridge and the beach mostly to yourself! :)"
"We loved our stay overall. With 3 bdrms. you'd think you'd have at least 6 dining chairs. (not incl. barstools) There was only wine glass and it was cloudy. There was not even 1 dishwasher soap (no starter kit?). The wireless was extremely slow. But the beds were very comfortable and the view was spectacular!"

"We have stayed at Duneridge for years and love the promimity to the beach and the amenities. This particular unit was nice, but it was so dirty when we arrived I had to go purchase cleaning supplies and a steam mop. The laminate wood floors were filthy
as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. The bathrooms, too, were dirty and smelled. Both of the tile showers had black and brown mold growing on the grout. The glass doors for the showers also had not been cleaned. After we spent an entire afternoon cleaning
and disinfecting, we enjoyed our stay. "
So sorry the cleaning was so below our standards! We have ensured this is changed, hope to have them again.
