This unit is positioned directly behind a sparkling oceanfront pool. The pool and ocean views offer some beautiful scenes from the front balcony with expansive marsh views from the side balcony. "Beautiful condo! It was roomy comfortable and nicely decorated. The master bath was huge. I love Duneridge because of the oversized balconies. The unit was very clean and welcoming. All that said, I may not rent it again because it had a limited ocean view, and mostly overlooked the pool."
"We have been renting this property for a number of years now and have always been very pleased with these accomodations. It has always been clean, fresh and in working order. This property is convenient to the pool area and provides level access to pool and beach (no stairs to climb). We always have fun and this unit works perfectly for our family. "

"Arrived at 4pm on 7/28, Condo was not ready until after 6pm. Window blind in Master did not close or allow for privacy. Master Bed mattress was so old it sunk severely in the middle you almost needed a ladder to get out of it. Impossible for 2 adults to share the king bed. The children's room with the 2 twin beds was flea invested and they were bitten all over. The first thing you notice when you walk into the Condo is the strong smell of deodorizer not the cleanliness of the property. The toilet in the master ran constantly. I would say both the owner and rental agency are completely responsible for the disappointing condition of this property. Who wants to spend their vacation trying to get their rental property in livable condition. Never again for this property or Intracoastal Realty...."

"My four sisters and I returned to Duneridge for a 2 week vacation. We meet here every year to catch up and enjoy a laid-back all girls' time away from the cares and responsibilities of our lives! We have such a great time. The beach and pool are right outside our condo. The Oceanic is right up the road. What more could you possibly need? We thoroughly enjoy our time together. If it rains, we have movies and Wings to shop. Too sunny, we have our great porch or the cool breeze walking the beach. The condo is perfect for us. It bright and clean with a king, queen and 2 double beds. We play games every night at the dining room table and eat breakfast at the breakfast table. There is also a side porch where we have coffee watching the tide go in/out of the marsh listening to the birds and seeing them chase each other around the trees. It's a perfect place for a vacation. We rent there every year!"

"We rented two condos for two weeks and had a wonderful family vacation. As with our past experiences at this same location, management was very responsive if we had an issue. This is our 11th Summer in the same unit and it was lovely.

The workers were there daily Mon thru Sat and Styrofoam was in the air everyday. It got into the unit and stuck to our clothes. Other than that nuisance and noise, our stay was delightful. "

"I stayed in this unit for a week vacation,with my husband, son and his friend. The view is the pool, as you really can't see too much of the ocean. However, it is a easy straight walk to the beach. The unit itself was very spacious with plenty of privacy. Unfortunately I found the condition below par. There was a thick layer of dust over everything, cabinet doors were dirty and sticky. Walls in the common area were filthy. I understand these areas are subject to wear and tear but this was beyond. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Bedspreads in one of the bedrooms were badly stained. Very concerned about how only linens are collected at the end of stay....how often are blankets and spreads cleaned? Overall I would not return to this unit in the future."

"This is our 10th season in this property. And our first hiccup with the rental. Due to a miscommunication with housekeeping, the property had not been cleaned when we were given access. But it was quickly remedied by management.
We are planning to return next year, as my family is really happy with the property and the location. We will be renting two units in 2017 as we have more family coming. A sharper set of kitchen knives would be helpful."

"Unfortunately, this was the 1st time we arrived when the offices were closed and did not know the 'after hours' procedures. So we had some problems getting into the condo which were complicated by the storm Bonnie and the phone lines to the office being down. However, we did get assistance from Karen Boney at the Intracoastal Reality Corp. It was also complicated because the wrong keys were in our Rental Package. We didn't get into our condo until well after 8:30pm...not what we expected when we arrived at 4pm! After a few more stutters...one tv w/no directions & not working and still having to secure the correct key rings to the Condo, things seemed to get on track for a wonderful vacation. There was one more disturbing thing but I'm not sure who would be responsible. When we stripped the sheets on Sat in the middle of our stay, we found the master mattress cover was badly soiled. We stripped it, washed it and put it back on then put on the clean sheets. The housekeeping staff just put the clean sheets over the soiled mattress cover the week before. I think they should have reported it to someone. Once that was taken care of, the vacation was wonderful! We really did have a great time. Now we know what to do when the office is closed...just wish we knew before. Intracoastal has given us a credit so that will work for us. We have made our reservations for the same unit for next year. Everything in the unit worked (once the tv man came and showed us how the tv worked)and worked well. There were no clogged drains which we have had in some units. We were very pleased with the unit. See you next year! "

"Our mother used to live in a condo in Duneridge so we are very familiar with the property. Great location! Easy access to pool and beach. Several family members stayed on property. For the money that was spent at each condo the walls, carpets and furniture in some were dirty and worn--not good for toddlers playing around on the floor. A noon check out would be more fair. two beach keys aren't sufficient. Teresa the pool security guard was awesome!! Instead of two twins in the 3rd bedroom--a full or queen trundle bed would make a huge difference in all of these units! 3104 was nice but the decor/like wall paper needs upgrading. "

"We were there for our daughter's graduation from UNC-W. Six easily slept and lived in the condo, as my in-laws were also there. We had a party of about 30 people Saturday night, no crowding despite the weather outside not allowing for great use of the balcony or pool area. Management group very helpful with refrigerator that didn't work, supplied mini fridges and we were able to bring coolers since they notified us the day before our arrival."

"This unit was surprisingly spacious and perfect for my husband, two children, grandparents and a visiting Auntie. The pros are location and beach accessibility. The kids loved having a choice of pool or beach and we loved the ease with which we could get back & forth to both. There is a well maintained wooden walkway to the sand so carting all our gear was stress free. When you finished your day on the beach hoses and showers to keep sand out of the unit. The unit is nicely decorated to feel like a beach home away from home. The cons were very outdated bathrooms with broken fixtures. The unit was superficially clean but does need a more deep cleaning and some carpet is coming up. Overall I would highly recommend it and we would stay there again."

"My family and I recently vacationed at Wrightsville Beach. We have vacationed there for the past five years and had a wonderful experience every year. However, this time I was disappointed. The unit was not cleaned well before we arrived and it had bugs in the kitchen. Also the matress in the master bedroom was very hard. But on a positive note, it is a nice unit with a good location near the pool and the ocean. "
10/3 Sorry they felt unsatisfied with the clean, if we had been aware we would have sent the cleaners back out ASAP. Unfortunately there is not much we can do about the mattress, firmness is all a personal preference. Glad they enjoyed their stay anyways! CMM
"Our vacation was good, even if marred by rain every day. The property was looking worn and while the bathrooms and kitchen were clean, the bedspreads were all dirty. We pulled them off the beds and did not use them during the week. The outdoor areas were not clean upon our arrival but were easily cleaned with a simple sweeping. The dryer filter area was full of sand, again which was easily cleaned. I do not like to have to clean up when I arrive."
8/24 Glad the guest enjoyed the stay, even despite being cooped up in the unit with the rain. The homeowner has made updates to the unit fall 2014. I will check with house keeping about the patios and the dryer filter, these should be taken care of after every renter. CMM

"One bathroom sink slow to drain. Refrigerator VERY slow to cool food. Everything else in good repair. Actually being able to check-in at 4:00 PM was more of a "guideline" than a rule, since the condo was not available until ~5:30 PM."

"Lots of stains on rugs; furniture shabby & needs cleaning; blood stains on 2 mattress pads; wondered when spreads were last laundered; some nice & some disgusting kitchen equipment. Liked layout & that linens were provided; enough seating for dining. Adequate living room seating but would use another comfy chair or 2. Great location. Enjoyed decks. Overall comfy unit. Door code should be given at check-in & need 3rd set of keys. Prior to arrival when enquired about storage unit was told not available when it was. Office closes too soon after 4 PM check in & closed on Sun so no help with issues. We only had 30 minutes between check in & the closing. Felt like we were in power/control struggle with property manager. This property was not ready at 4 & weren't allowed to check into other unit we rented. Needed to check in to pick up family at airport & weren't allowed to unload car anywhere. Family waited on us for 1 hour after 4:45 arrival. Lillian did not communicate with agencies from which we rented bikes, chairs, etc. (We had arrangements to keep bikes in an owner's garage.) Like Duneridge better than Wrightsville Dunes - nice pool, etc. Very nice owners in bldg 3 and they were very helpful. "
