"The location was wonderful- right on the beach with beautiful views from the porch. Walking distance to pier and food- you can park and just enjoy. The house itself needs to be updated a little on the inside. Outer door handles and garage are rusted, air conditioner in great room did not work and it was obvious the owner was ready to sell. Foot stools were just gross, upstairs smelled moldy and pans were either scratched up or non existent (no baking pan anywhere). We also got a morning surprise while in our bed still when a realtor and client showed up to show the place. No one at the reality had asked us if we would be up or even warned us anyone was coming. Then the company never really apologized for the inconvenience of having to get up while on vacation - tidy a house and leave. We also had issue with taking out the trash cans from the previous occupants- it was over flowing and gross. The rental was a lot of money for us and should be a relaxing vacation. Renters should not be expected to deal with disgusting overflowing cans. We saw several very large roaches on the bottom floor and around the trash. This would be heaven if the little issues were attended. "

"Loved this beachfront condo - easy access to beach! Lovely home with bright and cheerful interior! Parking was tricky if you have an SUV or truck however there's additional parking (if necessary) within walking distance to condo. The kitchen wasn't as well stocked as we're used to but it was adequate! We enjoyed sitting on deck each evening. The pier and a few restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we would recommend this rental!"
"Had a very easy time setting up rental contract and agreements, as well as user friendly app. Loved the location, two blocks from the pier, shopping and restaurants! Liked the way the condo was laid out and set up. Upon arrival, a few doors and windows were unlocked and there were quite a few dead bugs throughout. Maybe a quick check of the place before we arrived would have been a good idea. We also had a maintenance man walk in unannounced, along with a real estate agent a couple of days later who stated that he had an appointment to show the place. Again we were never contacted or made aware. These handful of issues were somewhat unsettling and there was no real follow through or apology from Intracoastal Realty.

Our showing center had a relay error that we were not aware of and, thanks to this information, it has since been corrected.
