"We have stayed at Station One for at least ten years. We love the location because it is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. We loved the layout of our place, but the furniture in the living room was shabby and dirty. The lampshades were broken. The kitchen trash can was cracked. The porch furniture was rusty and there were only two chairs. The rugs inside were also very dirty. This place needs an update badly!"

"TH-16 has been redone and updated somewhat. It is fine, except for the lack of cooking pots and pans, etc., for those who enjoy cooking."

"Management and staff were all very friendly and helpful. They attended to all of our requests very promptly. However, the townhome needs a few aesthetic updates. The TV in the downstairs bedroom didnt work. There was no TV in one of the bedrooms upstairs, which wouldve been nice to have. There was a broken chair on the back deck leaving only 3 chairs to sit in. Then somebody sat in another chair and it fell through due to being rotten. This couldve been very dangerous if the person were to get hurt. Chairs definitely need to be replaced. Despite these few things, the townhome had plenty of space and did enjoy our stay. "

"This townhouse is spacious and in a great beachfront location. It was no doubt very nice when first put together, perhaps 20yrs ago, but this unit is sorely in need of a major refresh. The furnishings are tattered and threadbare. The kitchen is an indifferently equipped jumble. The sliding door out to the deck is virtually frozen in place. Shower heads are stopped up with corrosion. None of which prevented us from enjoying our long beach weekend, but we cannot recommend this unit."

"Intracoastal Realty was great! The townhouse was in a great location as a end unit with lots of light and easy access to beach. However, the unit needs some love. Junk (lamps, vases, boxes of stuff) in the downstairs bedroom closet made it practically unusable. The kitchen eas a disaster - old cabinets, tired dishes and glasses, too much of everything that was old and unorganized. This could be a fabulous place with so little effort........ and "

"We loved staying at this house. It was comfortable and close to the beach. We recommend bringing your own frying pan and visiting Motts Channel Seafood during your stay (for the freshest seafood)! We would stay here again! "

"This property is worn down. We had two sets of families that rented other townhouses in the same complex and there are absolutely no comparisons to their rentals and ours. Our friends home townhouse rentals had all been updated over the years with hardwood floors, new kitchen with granite. Newer furniture. Patio furniture with umbrellas that you could dine out and enjoy the beautiful oceanfront views. Our unit has white carpet throughout that was worn to several areas to "black" in appearance. The furniture was so stained in we ended up putting sheets on them to sit on. The outdoor shower area below had a subpumb in the ground with no cover over it. A child could definitely fall into this. The master bathtub did not drain. Kitchen has lot's of roaches. Our keys did not work to the gate access to the beach. We called upon check in to express out concerns. We went to the onsite office to express our issues. We even requested to move to anywhere on the island and did not receive a response. After calling daily, we did get a response after the 5th day of our trip with apologies and stating that things would be fixed. A plumber did come and fix the drainage problem. A bug person did not come as we requested. The security guard came and while they were there they could get the key to work in the beach access door after working with the key. After they left, we could only get the key to work randomly. This seemed to be and building wide issue with others as well. I would never rent this unit again and do not recommend it to others. Look at other townhouse in the this complex if you want to rent. It is a GREAT location as you do not need to drive anywhere upon arrival. Restaurants, stores, bike rentals, boat rentals, and a small grocery market are all within a few minutes walk. "

"We have stayed at this townhouse for about 7 years and love the convenience of the location. It's decor is very bright and cheerful. It does need some fresh paint although the colors are great. Also carpet in main area appeared to have just been cleaned when we arrived,but stains remained and should be replaced."
"We stayed in a functional unit but it is showing its age. TV's are outdated with no HDMI hookups. Carpet on main floor needs to be replaced. Other Townhouse's we stayed in before at this complex have been updated and are better choices. Had a issue with the internet but realty company handled very promptly. "

"Intracoastal Realty was very good. The location of the unit is very good. However, the unit is worn out and needs a rehab. Carpeting is dirty, kitchen floor was dirty, kitchen drawers handles were sticky, jelly beans behind master bed, old style tube TV needs replacing with HDTV, old furniture is worn."

"This was the first summer that we rented a townhouse at Station One instead of a condo in the high-rise building. We were excited about the additional space that the townhouse would offer along with other conveniences (e.g., parking, washer/dryer, proximity to beach). While we did enjoy the conveniences, I must say that the property itself was a disappointment. The pictures online only offer a partial depiction of the actual state/quality of the property. The carpets are extremely worn and are in dire need of cleaning. The townhouse could also use painting. In general, the place doesn't seem to be well-maintained. Next year we will find another townhouse or forgo the conveniences of the town houses and go back to a previously-rented condo where we will be sure the accommodations are top quality (not to mention for quite a bit less money). Overall, disappointed and will not return to this property. "
8/1 So sorry to hear they were not completely satisfied with their stay. This is a great unit, and the owner is very prompt responding to issues. We will discuss the carpet concerns with them, and talk to the HOA about repainting the town-home. We appreciate this guests input! CMM
"Wonderful location for teenagers! Easy access to beach. Townhome was nicely furnished. The only thing we missed having in the kitchen was tupperware with lids! Wednesday evening we started seeing BIG cockroaches. I was glad we were leaving. The dishwasher needs replacing - it doesn't seem to be working very well. One problem with asking people to clean and put away dishes before they checkout is that there were a lot of dirty dishes in the cubboards and drawers. I guess people didn't have time to wait for the dishwasher? Each time we used the microwave oven it kicked the power off. So we'd have to go down to the garage to turn back on."

"General condition of unit was good and furniture comfy enough. Good layout and great Location! Biggest complaint was cleanliness...carpets were stained/ dirty and the kitchen utensils/pots/pans all had to be washed before using due to food and residue left on them. Upon arrival, not a sheet of TP left in any bathroom - are you kidding me? The garage and back deck were also left a mess and we had to sweep/pick up upon arrival. Could have been previous renters were slobs. Cleaning crew left a lot to be desired. Also, we were not able to watch a DVD due remotes that didn't work and we couldn't control the sound. A/C worked well and we slept well...could use some blinds in MBR for early sun."
Unit was clean. Carpets at this time of year usually do need some minor touch ups but it is not that dirty. Dishes were clean, not sure where they are coming from unless they are major clean type people. Have to check into the deck situation. Sound situation was operator error in being able to make the remote and tv work together. Tj
