The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the ocean front balcony, as well as a private bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are sound side; one with a queen bed and one with two twins. Each guest bedroom also has it's own full bathroom. The living room has a great flat screen TV, and windows all the way down the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen has been recently updated, and has great bar seating to enjoy.
This is the perfect unit to enjoy the beach, the two pools in Wrightsville Dunes, tennis courts, and direct beach access on the quiet north end!

"Unit1D-B is a very comfortable end unit with plenty of stocked features for our family who like to cook and need certain utensils in order to accomplish that end. Convenient to the beach access boardwalk where we spent the majority of our daylight hours. The unit was attractively decorated and provided plenty of electronic amenities. Although TV watching was minimal, internet access was enjoyed by all. Highly recommend this unit."

"Multiple maintenance issues that were avoidable for a paying guest that were identified on day #1 of our vacation rental(non working fans in 2 separate bathrooms, burned out light bulbs in multiple areas of home, and malfunctioning locks for being able to get out of unit and the building in case of a fire or other emergency). The most significant issue was that the city of Wrightville Beach flushed the main water lines and we had 6 hours of black/gray water coming from every faucet in the house on Monday. This left a greasy,black, tarry film that coated the tubs, showers, sinks, and washing machine. It took an unpleasant exchange with the property management company to convince them to send a cleaning crew out to scrub and remove the residual debris from our unit......not an acceptable response for an issue that they should have been informed of and prepared to address for paying guests.
Location to beach and pool was great, but there is NO flexibility for a guest arriving in a third car to have access to parking in the complex's lot. Guest must drive down the road and use pay parking lot at either $2.50 per hour or $17.00 per day) to park their vehicle). Most units in our complex were not occupied and there was no flexibility to use a space that did not have a guest in the unit.
Kitchen supplies were not stocked appropriately (no plastic cups or bar ware for pool or deck use), a blender from 1970 that was rusted and caked with dirt, and worn out pots and pans with no matching lids for cooking. 3 Bar stools provided are in terrible shape and just worn out. Deck furniture lacked sufficient elevation that would allow your guests to enjoy the view of the ocean (chairs were low and high railing blocked the view of the ocean when seated).
Beach is clean, beautiful and ocean breeze was fantastic. Port City Chop House was excellent with notable food as well as service. Best amenity for this unit is a private en suite full bathroom for each of the "

We worked to address the items you brought to our attention when you reached out after hours and had them resolved within 3 hours the following day. Any supply or furnishing concerns were not mentioned to us, but we would have been happy to address them to improve your stay. The Town of Wrightsville Beach does not give notice of work and as soon as we were aware we contacted the concerned parties and got cleaners to the property same day. Parking at Wrightsville Dunes is limited to 2 cars per guest and we do our best to make this very clear prior to arrival by including that information on our website, contract, and sending an email to each incoming guest.
