"June 23-3-, 2018...We were very disappointed. No air on the first night. Water smelled like sulfer, carafe in coffee pot broken, floor dirty, furniture broken, chair in living room had holes in the arm, toilet kept getting clogged, linens were cheep and the bunk lines looked dirty. kitchen chair broke and had been glued prior, I was promised close to the pool, I have a special needs daughter and the pool next to our condo was out of order, making our trip to the beach and water miserable. We actually came home early. "

"I love the beach and location of Wrightsville Dunes. However, the condo, improved from our previous rental of it, still has some (previously mentioned) issues: ripped furniture, front outer door broken bottom, almost no coffee mugs, poor dishwasher, and broken living room blinds. Broken blinds, again mentioned this year, were quickly fixed upon my request to the rental agency. Other concerns could not be addressed. The rent is expensive; hopefully in the coming months, the owners will work to ensure that their property becomes a 5-star property."

"We chose this condo over others because we noticed the upgrades in the kitchen and believed this unit would be in excellent condition. Although clean overall, lots of oversight like baseboards in kitchen hadn't appeared to be cleaned in a very long time. there was food on the floor in the pantry so there doing a quick run thru. Biggest disappointment was all the pots/pans should have been replaced years ago. there was only 1 usable small pan we felt comfortable. largest bowls were cereal or enormous plastic mixing. small plates were tea cup or similar size. The whole Kitchen should be gone thru to make sure guests can prepare meals adequatly for their families. Master bed was just adequate. Large tear in ottoman with stuffing exposed in living room greeted us so not the kind of impression I would be willing to present. "

"This condo needs some TLC...walls and ceilings need painting. Ceilings around all AC vents are filthy. Comforters on beds were stained or dirty. Towel bar in one bath and toilet paper holder in another were loose and falling off the wall. This was reported and no one ever came to fix it. Dishwasher needs to be secured to the counter top or cabinet - it tips when loading it. Chair and ottoman have tears in the fabric and need to be recovered. Blinds in master bedroom are too long and therefore will not close. Kitchen is not very well equipped - there isn't one sharp knife in the place! All of that said, the unit is spacious and is in a quiet area of Wrightsville. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony."

"I always enjoy coming to Wrightsville Beach. Unfortunately this year we were not as happy with our rental choice. The twin beds were so uncomfortable that they were unable to sleep in them. You could feel the spring could through the mattresses. For the price of the rental, I expected better. Twin mattresses are not that expensive. I suggest replacing the ones in the front side bedroom."

**Limited seating on deck. Could use at lease one chaise lounge.
**Check in time is 4 pm, checkout time is 10 am.(even with no new renters following) ergo shortens time available to enjoy an expensive condo. Renters will receive a phone call within 5 minutes of checkout time if keys to condo have not been returned to Intracoastal's office.
**Nice TVs to watch Olympics.
**Despite the multiple issues noted above, I was very happy with my stay because I like Wrightsville Beach and my daughter and her family live in the area.

"We have rented through your company for six years or more and overall feel very good about your services. The agent provided three units as options. I said that I wanted the cleanest and most up to date unit available - that was our number one priority.
When we arrived the unit was not clean and was well worn. Yes, there was granite in the kitchen but that was about all that appeared to be new. My kids and wife would not sit on any of the cloth furniture. The tubs did not drain properly, so the one that was slightly better was the only one four of our family members used.
The location was what we expected and liked, but the unit was disappointing.
I realize that you are simply the agency, who handles the booking. Yet, when a repeat customer tells you that the number one priority is cleanliness and freshness then that is the expectation.
Chances are we will use your services again in the future, but will be more diligent in the process.

8/7- We apologize that this guest was not satisfied. This is one of our updated units and should have been up to standards on cleanliness as well. It has been a busy season with a lot of guests in this unit. We would have been happy to send out a furniture cleaner and replacement bed linens if these issues had been brought to our attention.
