This gorgeous duplex is in the heart of the much desired Wrightsville Beach, and offers refinished hardwood floors throughout and a gourmet kitchen appointed with a Wolf gas range, a Sub Zero refrigerator, a Bosch dishwasher and custom cabinets. There’s plenty of yard space, as well as a dock that’s great for launching kayaks, fishing, or sunbathing! After a long day at the beach, which is only a block and a half away, you can easily walk to any of Wrightsville’s many wonderful restaurants for a relaxing meal and live music. If you’d rather stay in, the home has a spacious, sound front deck where you can enjoy a home cooked meal while watching our spectacular sunsets. No matter your preference, this house has it all. If there is one thing we know for certain, it is that you will love your stay at this beautiful waterfront home on Banks Channel!

Restrictions:
- Mail/ Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Please call our office for instructions to have mail/packages sent to the specific beach office for your rental.
- Non Smoking
- No Pets
- 4 Car Parking Only
- NO guest access to boat lifts/slips. Guests may use the dock for fishing,
sunbathing, etc., but cannot park a boat at the property.
- Summer Season Friday Check-in Only.
- In the summer season, daily rentals are only available for booking within 7 days of the arrival date and require a 3 night minimum.
