Beach Front Oasis

We arrived an hour prior to check-in time and were told it wasn’t ready, but they would contact us when it was. Four hours after check-in time, we hadn’t heard anything and the office was closed. Fortunately, we had the keys! We went to check on our condo, and it was ready. There was no hot water in the second bedroom. Otherwise, it was comfortable and nicely appointed. Great view and location!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. We were able to walk to the beach everyday and cook meals at home every night, so we could stay socially distanced! The kitchen had plenty of things needed to make it an enjoyable stay, and the bedrooms were nice sized to accommodate my older children as well!

The condo was very nice. Parking was good. Being right on the beach was fantastic. The condo was clean and they left plenty of towels. We had a great experience. The only complaints I have: the controller for the blinds was broken and some better nonstick cookware would be great. A king sized bed would be a great upgrade.

We were new to the area and our time spent at the beach from January-May worked out well, all things considered. Our interaction with Intracoastal Realty was minimal and only as necessary to rent the unit and return the keys upon move out. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for our deposit three weeks after checkout.

A lovely beachfront property...morning coffee on the porch watching the waves and boats go by was lovely. Property description was spot on. Simply and beautifully decorated. Everything was in good working order and had obviously been updated. The kitchen provided everything we needed. The rental property staff was professional and efficient...lots of reminders. I'd definitely recommend staying here. The beach was beautiful and clean. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Our experience was very positive. The condo (11-C) worked out great for us. It was clean and well kept. There were a few minor maintenance issues that were dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. BTW the name is spelled LeGrand and the town is Aberdeen, NC.

Loved this condo!! The kitchen has absolutely everything you will need. All of the Linens and towels were excellent quality and in generous quantities. You will not be disappointed in this rental we will absolutely go back ! We love the private access to the uncrowded beach.

This is our fourth time vacationing at the Beachfront Oasis. It is a perfect way to relax and enjoy your family. Everyone can go at their own pace and enjoy Pleasure Island. There was a maintenance issue one night around 9:30 and Intracoastal Rental personnel were immediately responsive. They corrected the problem the following morning and were completely professional and fixed the problem quickly. I have absolutely no complaints and we will be coming back to Carolina Beach again next year.

Everyone had a wonderful time. There was an issue with a leak coming from the unit above, and management took care of things quickly and without impacting our stay. My only complaint would be t g e parking situation. We had the worst of the assigned spots on that side of the building. My suster banged up her car a bit trying to maneuver her way out of it, so we ended up keeping bith cars across the street. That dud not really affect the quality of our stay, but if we rent from intracoastal again we would likely look for something eith a better parking arrangement

Wonderful, great condo, location and beach access. Little disappointed with parking and the tv sizes. Had a hard time figuring out the main tv to get it to work and no instructions provided to trouble shoot. Bed was confortable and bathrooms where great. Adequate kitchen cooking utensils.

Washer did not work upon arrival,but had a note on the machine there was a problem. If they knew there was some problem why not have it fixed before taking the risk on an unhappy renter.

We stayed at the Beach Front Oasis for two weeks in July.
We were very happy with the property and the management staff.

Our only complaints are:
Trash can/dumpster situation was slightly unclear. We ended up using the dumpster that was across the street- but we would have liked to know if there was a closer option that we could have used. This was very, very minor.

Our only other issue was the internet connection. The WiFi network provided had "out of range" error which forced us to try to connect to other networks. Most were secured, and the unsecured had very poor signal strength. We spoke to management about the issue, and were told that they were not sure what the problem was, but that it could be related to a storm that had recently came through the area. They suggested we contact Charter ourselves. I didn't feel that this was an appropriate solution as I was not the account holder, and I was on my honeymoon! Who wants to get stuck on the phone with technical support on their vacation??? We felt that the management should have resolved this issue for us, as internet service was promised for this property.

Besides these two small details, we were very pleased. We will strongly consider staying at this property again next summer.

Our vacation was all that we wished for- the location was perfect with terrific views, beaches were beautiful and we fully enjoyed the condo. we would not hesitate to return to same place in the future.

Overall we had a good experience both with the condo as well as the realty company. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and was pretty spacious for a 2bd. We would consider staying there again when we go back!

Intracoastal Realty Carolina Beach Vacation Rental was a pleasure to work with. They were on top of every detail and provided us a wonderful clean property at a reasonable rate for the area. We will use them again every time we go back to the area. Joy Donat went above and beyond to make sure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. The experience with Joy was a pleasure.

What a fabulous vacation. The City of Carolina Beach has done an excellent job in creating a beachfront atmosphere that is safe and family oriented. Everyone in our building was there for the same reason: a QUIET and relaxing vacation. No loud all-night parties, no drunken idiots with foul language, etc. My family and I were able to really enjoy the condo and the beach atmosphere the way it should be enjoyed - peacefully.

If you are looking for a Daytona-like beach party, this IS NOT the place for you. Go somewhere else.

The condo was bigger than we expected. Our first night in the condo, Intercoastal Realty called me to tell me there was a minor maintenance issue and they would be out the next day to fix it. That was a first for me. We didn't even know there was a problem. They were calling us before we found the problem ourselves. Now that is service!!

We will definitely be coming back.
