On the main level of the home there are 4 king bedrooms with 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Large enough for those special family gatherings. The expansive deck is great for lounging in the sun or sitting under the covered area relaxing in the rocking chairs enjoying the sea breezes and beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This is a perfect family home with plenty of space for afternoon cook outs.The lower part of the house has a separate apartment that you enter on the ground level that has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, along with a kitchen and den. This level has a bedroom with a king, guest room with a full bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the den.Recent updates include: flooring, bathrooms, fresh paint, new furnishings, and new bedding.
Buchanan definitely provides the right atmosphere for the perfect unforgettable vacation.

Successful beach reunion
7 adults in our family got together for a mini reunion. Overall very good experience and everyone was happy with the rental. Only issue was the downstairs was a bit musty and needed a good airing out. Otherwise was as advertised. Close to the beach, clean, well stocked. Exactly what was needed. Note you will need to rent linens, towels beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc separately but there is an agency that makes it easy. Intracoastal, the managing agent of the property, was responsive and helpful.

Family beach vacation
The Buchanan spot is wonderful spot for family get together . The first floor is very open with plenty of seating. The outside kitchen has great shade and sun with terrific views and sounds of the ocean.
The 4 king size beds were comfortable and enjoyed by all. The kitchen was well stocked.
The lower level apartment was good for extra sleeping but t wasn’t reall equipped to stay there.
The location and proximity to the beach were exceptional. Everyone had a great time.

Awesome stay!
WE were there for our son's wedding, it was great, the house was perfect for a larger group with a big deck and open concept, we loved it!! Beautiful area that we had never been to before! HIghly recommend!
