Enjoy the best of both worlds in this 3rd floor one bedroom condo with two balconies. The front door balcony provides beautiful ocean views, where you can hear the sounds of the waves crashing and feel the ocean breeze. The back balcony off the master bedroom overlooks the Carolina Beach Lake, where you can relax after a long day at the beach and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. This condo is within walking distance to everything you may need. The Atlanta Avenue beach access is steps away. Stroll along the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, rent paddle boats or take a walk around the lake on the paved path. There are fireworks and big screen movie nights during the summer, a weekly Farmer’s Market at the lake park, and many dining and entertainment options within walking distance.

The condo has been freshly painted and updated with new bedding, new lighting fixtures in the kitchen, and new ceiling fans in the kitchen and bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and access to the rear balcony that faces the lake. The full bathroom has a shower and bathtub, and can be accessed from the bedroom and the hallway. The kitchen has everything you may need, with seating at the counter bar and a dining table.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, and the futon in the hallway alcove opens to a full size bed, making the home able to accommodate 5 guests. This unit will provide the perfect setting for family memories for years to come. Make your reservation today!

- Mail/ Packages are not allowed to be sent to the rental. Please call our office for instructions to have mail/packages sent to the specific beach office for your rental.

- No Pets
- In the summer season, daily rentals are only available for booking within 7 days of the arrival date and require a 3 night minimum
- Assigned parking for 1 vehicle.

A perfect little slice of heaven!
We had SUCH a wonderful week at A17! The view of the ocean from the back porch and the lake from the front porch were beautiful- and we could watch the sunrise and sunset each day from them. The condo is SO close to the beach and just a minute or two walk to shops and the boardwalk. It was just fantastic!

Great location!
The location was great! Lake on one side and the ocean on the other. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Loved the 3rd floor because of the views. Only recommendation I would make is some minor updates to the flooring.

Carolina Beach Villa A17 Getaway
The rental was very clean and spacious. The views from the balcony were awesome and peaceful. The Villa was exactly as it is presented in the pictures. It is a short walk to the beach and sleeps four people very comfortably. Definitely would rent again if we are in Carolina Beach again.

Great condo!!
We had a fabulous vacation at Carolina Lake Beach Villa A17. The condo had everything our family of 5 needed for a week and is perfectly located for everywhere we wanted to go. The beach was an easy walk as was the boardwalk, restaurants and the best ice cream shop. The condo was super clean when we arrived with more than enough linens/ towels. We especially loved sorting on the balcony with a view of the ocean. We would definitely stay again.

Great location!
Fantastic location. You can watch the waves on the front porch and enjoy the lake out the back. It's only a five minute walk to the beach, and 15 minutes to the boardwalk. Just far enough to not be too crowded on the beach, but close enough to walk there. Would love to see some more comfortable furniture on the front deck looking over the ocean, but overall it was a superb stay!

Perfect location!
Right across the small street/alley from the beach so we could see the ocean from our balcony. Great beach access. Across the street from a lake and park on the other side. Great place to go running/walking. Nice ocean or lake breeze able to blow through the condo from both balconies. Within walking distance to restaurants and gift shops. Because it is a few blocks away from most restaurants and hotels, this part of the beach was not crowded. Private pool with shower/hose to wash off sand. Super comfy bed and pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. Only real issue was with the internet access.

Amazing views
Watch the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the lake. This location is perfect. Close to restaurants, two markets, beach and stores. The pull out sofa is uncomfortable as usual. King bed is great. The place is showing wear, especially in the bathroom, but, we aren't there all that much. The only thing to get used to is all the stairs. We got our legs in shape by staying for two weeks! All that being said, we will absolutely rent here again.
