Great view and location. Plenty of room and convenient to the beach. Great pool. Internet network is unsecured, and the TV is not connected to the internet, otherwise a great condo.

We always stay at Duneridge Resorts when we come to Wrightsville Beach. Everything was perfect except one strange thing - when the shower water was on the water smelled awful. We have never stayed in this building so we called about it. The man said to run the water for 20 minutes with the bathroom door closed. That helped a little but no where near totally. Besides that we were very happy. The pool is the best part!

We had a great 10 days at this condo. It has an amazing view and you can hear the ocean waves, which is what we liked the most about it. There were a few small repairs that were needed, but they were quickly handled the day after we reported them.

We loved staying at this property. My friends and I all agreed that it was just perfect. Access to the pool, to the beach was easy. The dunes made a great view of the place along with the amazing view of the ocean. It was a perfect weather and it didn’t rain, even though we kept hearing that it would. Beds And couch/chairs were comfy, all appliances and ice maker worked well. And going to bed listening to the sound of the waves was priceless. Thank you so much! We really enjoyed our stay.

We came down for a long weekend - to grab some R&R and attend a campus tour at UNC-W. Our condo was very clean, quiet and had a nice pool and access to the beach. We had plenty of room for everyone and had a great time. Loved the beach and just spending time disconnected from our "digital" lives.

The location is great as is the view. There was no noise from outside or from neighbors. The grounds are lovely and the pool is very nice. The kitchen is well stocked. The furniture could use some updating and the sliding glass door to the deck is difficult to close. The cleaning crew could have done a better job, the coffee pot had coffee left in it, I found a piece of moldy unidentifiable food lying on the floor under a table in the living room, and the tub enclosures could use a thorough scrubbing.
We were very fortunate with the weather and we enjoyed our time.

Very enjoyable for the most part. We ran out of hot water several times with only 4 people using the hot water. The condo needs a larger water heater. Every thing else was great.

Loved our stay at Duneridge! The condos were perfectly located for a slightly more quiet stay. We would certainly stay in our exact unit again (1405). Loved the view from the 4th floor. We had covered parking. We were right at the tennis courts, which worked for us. The condo was well -maintained and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was super quick and I thought we'd use the pool, too, which looked very nice, but we stayed on the beach. Highly recommend!

We loved the location. Condo was nice. Clean. Comfortable. I didn't like that we had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags. I would have expected that to be included. Other than that we enjoyed our stay immensely.

We really enjoyed our September vacation at Duneridge. We rented unit 1405 which was great (top floor, beautiful view, quiet). The beach in this area was very lightly populated, and the beach was wide and flat. The pool area was large and very nicely maintained. The unit was clean and everything worked well. Our only complaint was the taste and smell of the tap water. We are used to "hard" water near beaches, and have learned to use filtered water for drinking/coffee/etc., but the odor when taking showers was very strong and unpleasant, and just rinsing your mouth after brushing your teeth was bad enough to make me change to filtered water even for rinsing. All of my family felt the same way. I reported this to Intracoastal Realty and they told me that this unfortunately was "normal" for this area, which seems a bit strange since we have stayed at the nearby Holiday Inn and did not notice the water tasting/smelling this bad. Maybe this was a temporary issue, we hope so since we really like this resort. We will definitely consider staying at Duneridge again, and hope that the water quality improves.

The place was absolutely lovely. Spotless! Great location! Great view! Nice pool facilities! Very relaxing. Good supply of dishes for making family meals. Would have appreciated the opportunity to check out at noon instead of 10 AM. That is too early for the amount of the rental fee.

We always love going to Wrightsville and staying at Duneridge. I can't say we have ever had a bad experience. We know when we say there it will be clean, nicely decorated and roomy. The view is great!

A relaxing beach escape in a full equipped condo that has become our beach home briefly each summer. Even with its quirks (the king size bed in NOT in the master bedroom), we enjoy the bright summer space.

Staff at Intracoastal Realty were helpful, informative and very friendly. They answered all our questions right away and the rental process was very easy. Our condo had a great view. The unit was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of seating in the living room and dining room. The furniture was clean and comfortable as was all carpeting. The bathrooms were clean. Our unit had every possible thing we could need. Blender, coffee maker, corkscrew, plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Plenty of utensils. The balcony was large and offered plenty of seating and a fabulous view. We were very happy with the level of security on the grounds and at the buildings. All of the common areas were clean and well-maintained. The pool area was large and offered plenty of space. The pool itself was very clean. We liked how quiet it was around the buildings - no rumbling noises from air conditioners! If there was any downfall and I hate to even mention one, but the water quality in Wrightsville Beach is not as good as Carolina Beach. Its fine for washing dishes, clothes and for showering, but for making coffee, cooking and drinking - use bottled water. The water has a sulfery-taste. But overall the vacation was a success and would consider staying at Duneridge again.

We arrived on Wednesday and on Thursday the frig "died". Had to go purchase ice to keep our food from going bad. Other than that everything else went OK

You can't beat the beautiful location above the dunes overlooking the ocean. For a beach loving family of six, the Duneridge is ideal. Wrightsville Beach is a great summer town as well. This was our third year in a row visiting and you can be sure we'll be back.

Spent a week at Duneridge with family in a 3 br unit and had a great experience. Disposal broke and had a new one in within 6 hours. Only ding was I assumed when the despcription said unit had a king bed, assumed it would be in the master, not a guest room. Dedicated covered parking and a secure access building were very nice touches.

This is a great location, great views straight out on balcony. BUT, and this is a big but, no privacy at all between balconies, above or below. we would not rent in this complex again, you share your space with dogs, kids,music whatever. I can only imagine what it is like in the summer.

Had stayed at Duneridge once before with friends and was delighted to bring my family back. We had a blast. Great location, fabulous beach, best porch around. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Rental property management left a little to be desired. We had better luck booking through the hot line than the property itself. Seems the place could benefit from a nicer, more responsive touch there. Everything else was wonderful!

This was our first attempt at renting a vacation place online and we struck gold! Our condo was beautiful and set up with everything and anything we could ever wish for! The ocean view was beautiful from the patio and the master bedroom! It was very peaceful! The kids enjoyed having the choice between the pool or the ocean. We hope to visit again!

My husband with our 2 children stayed at the Duneridge. The location is perfect. The view from the 4th floor unit was specatular. The balcony is huge, with a dining table for 4 and 2 lounge chair it gave us another room to live in. Our unit was in very good condition and had everything we needed. The pool and access to get on the beach were great. We had covered parking right near our building. 15 minute beachwalk to Johnny Mercer Pier and shops. We will return to Duneridge on our next vacation.

When we arrived on the evening of Oct. 5th, the air conditioning wasn't working. It wasn't putting out cold air. We had to wait until 10AM on Oct. 6th to have it repaired. Disappointing to say the least.

The HVAC was repaired in less than 18 hours. As the AC was out in October, this was not an after hours emergency that we could get a HVAC company out on. it was resolved the next morning ASAP. Hope to have this guest again and show them a great experience.

we have always had linens included with our rental,not this time. We booked for a full 7 days as well. I was disapointed with this and had to rent linens quickly (they came immediately, though)

The kitchen was well stocked except for a tea kettle and no space for our dry food storage. The furnishings were all newer and very comfortable aa well as the newer carpets. I would try to rent this particular condo again.
