Duneridge 2304

The overall experience was good. There are a few items that need to addressed in the unit. The internet connection is poor. In addition the Wi-Fi is not password protected. The storage for groceries is limited due to the clutter in the areas designed for storage.

The Resort experience was great. Good beach access; Great Pool.
The condo itself was not well kept up - lots of small problems. Furniture looked like rejects from other places; door handle to deck feel off repeatedly; no useful deck furniture. We will continue to stay at Duneridge, but I will view the video of the condo and furnishings more carefully.

My family had a wonderful week at Wrightsville Beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful! The condo was well stocked and fairly clean. The interior is in need of updating as the furniture is worn out. The bedspreads were stained and the master bedroom’s had a rip. The rugs in the second bathroom were dirty. We loved the porch and the view.

We had a great time...But one of the main reasons we rented this condo was the two lounge chairs on the balcony and one of them was broken...We have rented that condo before but will not rent again If the lounge chair is not fixed because we spend most of time on the beach and on the balcony..

Fun Easter weekend with our adult children. Location is great. Our son graduated from UNCW a few years ago and we were in Wrightsville a lot for about 5 years. We have stayed on the property over the years and this unit was good for us for this vacation weekend. We were happy to see the place coming back to life after the Hurricane last year.

The place was very big and the patio balcony was the best with straight on view of the ocean. There are 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is clean but it’s dated. The owners should really update the place, get rid of the carpet and old dated tubs and it could be really beautiful and I would suggest a king size bed in the master as there is plenty of room. It could also use a better darkening shade in the master due to full sun. It’s nice but really dated.

Duneridge is a wonderful vacation spot with gorgeous ocean views, easy beach access, and a spectacular pool area. Unit 2304 was nice and accommodated our family of six. The large family room and comfy sectional was great. It could, however, use some upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. The balcony was amazing, and especially having the fireworks over the 4th of July! It was a great vacation!

Overall good experience and great service from Intercoastal. A few things about the condo were not up to par. The light in the master bath was very dim and a few of the light bulbs were burnt out. The mattress in the master bedroom was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The cupboards are very disheveled with the pots and pans that you had to perform a balancing act to get anything out. Other than these things mentioned, the condo has a great view and is clean. Duneridge has the best pool on Wrightsville Beach.

Had a wonderful time as we always have at Wrightsville Beach....Have been renting at Duneridge for many years...We did notice the floors in the bathroom and kitchen were not very clean...Area rugs dirty...Also, the fabric on the furniture needs to be replaced or cleaned...

We had a very enjoyable week staying at Duneridge 2304. The property provided all that we could have asked for and was very comfortable. We had one minor issue with the sliding glass door to deck, but the problem was fixed immediately when reported to Intracoastal. The appliances appeared to be relatively new and were in good working order. Our only minor complaint is that the dishes did not seem to be as clean as we would have liked, but we attribute that to prior renters. We have stayed at Duneridge multiple times in recent years and it is our favorite beach vacation destination!

Overall happy with the rental unit but there were a few things that can be improved. The toaster did not work. The coffee maker was old and dirty. The pots and pans were not organized in the cupboards and were hard to find without them all crashing out. The twin bed frame in one of the bedrooms squeaked badly and was annoying. Other than these few items, there is a great view and we would certainly rent again.

Our family had a good stay here - everything was working in the condo (appliances, etc), and it has a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is great and only about 10 minutes from downtown. The pool is great and just a few steps from the beach. A few cons: The carpet in the main living area definitely needs to be replaced, it is very old and has some stains, as a rental I would replace it with tile, easy to clean. There are bed pillows at the condo but ours were old and stained, they should really replace the pillows too, in the meantime I suggest bringing your own. Overall we had a nice time.

The condo is in great shape. My only issue was the lack of room for our belongings and supplies for the week. Each closet was full of spare blankets, pillows, throw pillows or old rugs. In the kitchen and laundry room, every space was full of the owner's things. The front closet was full of chairs, floats and fishing rods with hooks still attached. But overall the unit was a delight.

7/23 Glad they enjoyed the condo! We can work on condensing some closets in the off season, and making more space in the kitchen/laundry area. Most guests love having chairs and floats on sight, and spare blanket and pillows are necessary. CMM

Washing machine was deplorable. I chose not to wash even my beach towels in it after looking inside. Grounds and pool of complex were well maintained and landscaped.
