The large oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed and a remodeled private full bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are located on the marsh side. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, the second guest bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a full bathroom in the hall that these two bedroom share. The living room has plenty of seating for the family, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite countertops, bar seating, and stainless steel appliances.

The balcony has unforgettable views of the dunes and the ocean. Relax and watch the waves crash onto the beach! With a large pool, tennis court, elevator, and secure entrances, Duneridge makes it easy to enjoy the good life.

**As of September 2022, the owners of Duneridge 2306 have updated the unit quite a bit. They’ve added new bedding, new deck furniture, improved lighting, and a personal internet service that is much faster than the standard Duneridge shared internet!**
