Kick-N-Back

This is the second time we have rented this unit. I hesitate to tell you how wonderful this unit is because I don't want this secret out. It is in the perfect location. My husband, 3 brothers, their wives and I were so comfortable in this unit. Our favorite areas were the decks. We all set each evening in the padded rocking chairs looking at both the ocean and bay, sipping our preferred drinks, cooled by the gentle breeze.

Another great vacation at Kick n Back. We have stayed here the past 3 years. I tried to reserve the property for next summer but was told the owner is taking it out of the rental program. Very disappointing. It was the perfect location and nicely furnished and appointed.

We have been renting at Wrightsville Beach for more than 20 years for a family reunion. This was our 2nd year at Kick n Back, and the property fits our needs. We needed an elevator for an elderly family member and we needed to be close to our other families near the center of the beach. This a great house, excellent condition, well furnished with amenities suiting all ages of our family. Intracoastal is easy to work with and they responded quickly to 2 service requests.

The Kick-N-Back vacation home was very comfortable, situated in the ocean block and well stocked with appliances, utensils and dishes . The elevator carted our luggage and tired sunbathers between floors. We lounged in the hot tub located on the third floor deck. But my favorite aspect of this vacation home are the wonderful rocking chairs on the fourth floor deck overlooking the ocean and the inlet. Rocking in the breeze is the perfect vacation!

We had rented this house last year and loved it again this year. The only thing we would say needs updating or improving is the quality of the chairs,couch and rug upstairs. They did not seem very clean but still comfortable.

We reserved this property for the first time this summer after 20 years of renting other Intracoastal properties. Our primary rental criteria was a house with an elevator for our older family members, large enough to accommodate our family, and close to other family members staying at the beach the same week. We found Kick n Back to be the perfect location. This is a nicely furnished, well appointed home with numerous extras. Obviously the owners take great pride in maintaining this modern, comfortable, beautifully decorated home. It's location in the heart of Wrightsville Beach is convenient. We booked it again for next summer.

We rented this house for a week for a much needed family get together. It was an awesome experience staying in a house with two outside decks, hot tub, spacious living areas for all as well as an apartment down below to boot! If we could come back year after year this is the house we would rent!

We were very pleased with our stay. The views were wonderful, beach access was very good and it was easy to get to amenities we needed. We would recommend this for large families; the porches give you so much additional space to move around.

Nice place. Toilet in cottage stopped up and took 2 days to fix properly, piece of art fell off the wall. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

We have rented this property in the past and really enjoyed staying there. This time we enjoyed all the same things, great location, fun with family, amply stocked kitchen. I would definatley rated our vacation as a success. However, I have to admit the condition of the property has deteriorated. Weather it was the low level of cleanliness (dirt packed in the corners, really sandy floors, sticky counters)or the overall condition of the property (stained carpet and furniture, depressions in the walls, rusting nails heads and vents, loose cupboard doors)we were slightly disappointed. As to weather or not to recommend to a friend, I would but I would let them know of my concerns as well.
