Excellent home to enjoy the beach as well as the inter coastal waterway. 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry hookups make a perfect place for multiple families to enjoy time together as well as time apart. Dock for boating, fishing, and swimming add a second dimension to the vacation...it is not just the ocean beach for fun. Comes fully equipped with the essentials. A great rental!

What a beautiful week we had in this beautiful home. Comfortable, spacious, obviously well-loved. The kitchen was the best for a rental house. So well-stocked with truly good looking and useful stuff. Cozy beds both up and down. Very clean. The only disappointment we had all week was the birds ate all of the figs from the tree in the yard! We will return.

Nice house, if a little dated, well situated on Lollipop Bay. The bottom floor has two rooms with two twins that need to share a single bathroom and a separate room with a king sized bed and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs are two large bedrooms with king sized beds, large closets and large en suite bathrooms. This configuration worked very well to have four teenagers downstairs with adults upstairs. The shower in the master bath is very dated and is not the greatest - but that's not really a problem in the larger scheme of things. The house is well situated on Lollipop bay with it's own dock which made it very convenient for boating activity. Overall, definitely a great property worth returning to!

Beautiful beach house, walking distance to the beach, with swimming off the back pier in the bay. Pier for tying off your boat, which adds fishing, skiing, tubing and exploring to your beach vacation. Perfect house for large families, elevator for those who can’t handle stairs. Close to Wilmington, shopping, and other local events.

Wonderful house with the perfect location. Cross the street for the beach, walk out the back to a boat dock on the bay with access to the intracoastal waterway. Elevator is currently broken which made it difficult for bringing in heavy luggage and groceries. Parents 86 & 88 struggled with the stairs. Needs more overhead lighting in the bedrooms.

We rent this house every year. We love the Lollipop and the house is spacious .we love the yard and gates for the youngest children that need to be contained. Everything is well kept and the rental agency is so accommodating. Nothing but positive comments from this family. Looking forward to next year.

The rental property was in good condition, clean and well furnished as advertised. Management staff was responsive and courtesy to any request or questions. The Lollipop home provided ideal location for our boating needs and Wrightsville beach, easily accessible across the street.

This Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. You can sit on any part of the large decks and relax where ever you are, lovely, lovely place. I and my family, friends and special pets will be coming back for years to come. That being said we need to get some knives and kitchen pots and pans that don't look like they came from a yard sale. Don't get me wrong the ones you have are lovely, but we love to cook and we had to make run back and forth to the kitchen down stairs to find something that would work. By the way having two kitchens, is the bomb. Everyone had their own space, special snacks, etc. It worked out perfectly. You can put 10 people in this house and there would be plenty of room, anyone say's you can't is just plain silly. Landscaping Awesome! Parking Awesome! Fenced in yard for your Dog...Over Awesome! You just cant find any better...

We loved the Lollipop with it's great upper floor living space, kitchen and decks with water views. A well designed facility. We also enjoyed swimming off the pier and use of the boat dock. Will return in the future and recommend highly.

We went up for a much needed "Girls Get-a-way." 10 women slept comfortably in this house and every morning we cooked breakfast and enjoyed the view of the sound from the upstairs kitchen/living room. Check in and check out were very easy. The kitchen was fully stocked to meet our needs, and the house was spacious and clean. We had a wonderful time!

We love the Lollipop and The ELmore home. It works perfectly for our family with grandchildren downstairs with their own space for toys. We love being on the sound so we can bring our boat and kayaks then have the ocean close by. Beautiful, peaceful setting.

The house is large as is the yard. Lots of space for a big group. We loved all of the decks You might want to ask the rental company to tell you when the yard is being mowed, etc. we were having Sunday brunch on the deck when it happened. The guy with the blower came right up beside us and never slowed down. Rude. The biggest problem was the kitchen. It was filthy. The rental company has renters do their dishes and put them up. Well, seems like everyone before up put them up dirty. Also inside of cabinets and drawers were nasty. Kitchen needs power washed but the rest of the house was clean

Overall it was really great. There were a few problems with the property that could have been better. First, on the second floor spare bedroom bathroom door lock was broken and would lock people in from the inside. Second, the wireless internet was not workiing properly. However, in both cases maintenance came to the rescue and resolved those issues in a prompt and professional manner. The last item was that a few of our family spotted a rat that would sit on the porch fence. Otherwise, we enjoyed fantastic weather and the property was beautiful.

This is our fifth summer vacation at Lollipop. The property easily handles my family and friends. From a five-month-old to baby boomers, everyone has space to play, relax, dine and enjoy being together. We spend hours at the dock, floating on noodles in
the sound and heading out in our boat for fishing, dining out or beach time.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The house's open and spacious floor plan are welcoming and fuctional. The 3 sided deck offers you multiple places to catch the breeze with friends or "hide away" with your favorite book. The waterview is incredible and the dock is a great place to spend your day. We never even went to the ocean we enjoyed it so much!
