Built in 2015, this four bedroom single family home with two living rooms! On the ground level you have plenty of parking, the outdoor shower, a large living room with a TV, game table, and wine fridge. Also on this level you will find a large bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with bedroom and living room access, and the large laundry room with an extra sink. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room, though linens are not provided for that bed.

Upstairs you will find the remainder of the living space, as well as the bedrooms and bathroom. The front porch gets wonderful sun, and has 2 rocking chairs to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or evening drink. Inside is a spacious living room with plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining room has a large round table that seats 6, and there are 3 additional seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is stocked for all your family cooking needs.

Down the hall you will find the 3 remaining bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom on the right has a queen bed, and access to the full hall bathroom that has a tub. The second bedroom on the right has two twin beds, and windows looking out on the back porch. The master bedroom is on the left side of the hall, with a king bed, large master bathroom with a walk in shower, and access to the back porch. At the end of the hall is access to the back porch that has a screened in section as well as a non-screened in section.
