Palm Paradise

We had the best time during our stay at Palm Paradise! The house was wonderful, very organized, and very clean (which we love!) Linens were provided and starter paper products in kitchen and bathroom. Close walk to the ocean. We really loved it!

The location is wonderful for a mellow beach vacation - close to the pier, but not too close to loud restaurants/bars. Walking distance to the SUP in the sound. The house is lived in (wall scuffs, scratched wood floors, worn carpet, mismatched dishes), but that is a bonus depending on the type of holiday you are having - for instance, toddlers can be there without fear of ruining a pristine house. Top floor is good for family hangout/dinners. House is not for highly critical/demanding vacationers, but perfect if you want a good location and basic beachhouse relaxation needs met.

Our vacation was very enjoyable & the rental was nice!
Very roomy & nice kitchen! My only complaint would be low water pressure & no outdoor shower.This is the first beach house I have rented with no outdoor shower, but we still had a great enjoyable trip!

Spent a week at Palm Paradise to find somewhere that was relatively covid-safe other than our house. Super convenient location to walk to the beach, run/walk the loop, and ride/walk to the shops. Also, very short walks to beautiful views of the marsh and pretty sunsets. Layout of the house allowed us to stay up stairs on the top floor and establish kid-ville on the middle floor. Worked out great!

It was perfect! The home was lovely, clean, spacious, and had amazing porches I could have stayed on all day! The home had everything we needed for a quick beach trip! Home is easily walkable to restaurants and coffee shops.

This home is in a nice location a minute walk to the beach. The property is as described make sure you note that in this type of beachside home, the main living area is in the third floor. We enjoyed sitting on the porch every morning and evening. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and pans appropriately although well used. The packaged towels were nice and provided reassurance that they were clean. A few suggestions: the carpeting in the stairs is in need of cleaning or replacement. An additional chair in The living room would be nice as there is only seating for 3-4. 3 comfortably. Also the addition of a TV to the upstairs bedroom would be appreciated as the other two rooms had TVs. We had a great time. Thank you for having us

Intracoastal Rentals staff

The house was awesome and location was perfect. We were coming off of a bad rental experience the night before with someone else so this house definitely helped to make up for our vacation time lost there. Perfect sleeping situations and close to beach for moving the kids back and forth when they were tired. Porch sitting was great. Most important was that Intracoastal was very responsive and found us a great vacation rental at the last minute that lived up to our expectations.

Palm Paradise was in a great location, steps from the beach. It was very spacious and furniture in great condition. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the property and felt like we needed to vacuum and wipe down entire kitchen upon arrival. We were also hesitant to cook in the pots provided. We understand it’s a rental and we may not get quality cooking equipment but those Teflon pots are peeling like crazy and just looked unsafe to use. We had some issues with no cable the first few days but Intracoastal was helpful in getting it fixed.

I am glad that we were able to fix the cable issues for you quickly but, we would have loved the opportunity to address the cleaning issues and the pots in the house that you felt you could not use.
