This rental has a large kitchen, open living room, ample bedrooms, and views that can't be beaten. Immaculately furnished as a modern beach house, boat deck, garage, and plenty of parking.

As you walk up to the main level, you will be welcomed by the open-designed kitchen and living room. Here, you can sit and relax with the sound front views and the tv. The first bedroom houses 1 queen and a half bathrooms. The third floor houses 2 bedrooms with 2 king-sized beds and 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The fourth floor houses the 4 twin beds. This rental is perfect for any large family or friend gathering. Accompanied by an attached boat deck and elevator, this rental houses all accessibility that a vacation will need.

The rental allows only one of the two garages to be used. Boat lifts are NOT available to renters.

- In the summer season, daily rentals are only available for booking within 7 days of the arrival date and require a 3 night minimum.
