This is actually our second year staying in the same condo and it is clean and well maintained. However the complex itself employs a towing company that towed our car because the parking pass was not visible. Upon inspection there are other cars in the complex without passes but our car was chosen. The Sand Pebbles HOA should investigate all companies they choose to do business with. Additionally the private beach access is now public as there are no locks on beach access. The dumpster was overflowing on the day of our arrival. And there are a few other concerns related to complex. Overall highly recommend Intracoastal Realty and it was a great condo but there may be others with less severe HOAs.

I am so glad to hear that you are enjoying your unit. We do agree that the towing at the complext, especially during the summer months, have become stringent and we are looking into having a conversation with the HOA.

We had the best time at Sand Pebbles! I wanted to write a quick review of a few things to note for those considering this Condo. The ocean view is perfect and the condo (in 2021) was in perfect condition. Everything looked brand new. Please make note of the following things: 1. You will have to climb 3 LONG flights of stairs to get to the 3rd floor. I never would have gotten the car unloaded if I didn't have help from my teenage daughter. Grocery haul was brutal and in the July heat, it was a pretty miserable climb. 2. We never went to the pools the whole time we were there. They were TINY and there is no pool furniture. With that many condos, it was standing room only in the pools. Very uncomfortable and very unusable and very busy. You'll have to be happy on the beach. 3. The gate key to get to the beach didn't work. This became a problem when my daughter got stung by a jellyfish and we ran back to the condo to get vinegar and couldn't get back out to the beach to help her. Definitely a problem. We exchanged the key with the office and finally got one that worked. Test your key first before you do anything. 4. Inside the condo, there isn't any cupboard space for your food. We just kept all our food out on the kitchen counter and dealt with it being out and cluttered and crowded. 5. Heads up, the laundry is wonderful being inside the condo, but it will take 4 cycles in the dryer to get a load of towels completely dry. Yes, I cleaned the lint tray. The dryer is small and just takes a long time to dry your clothes / towels. I think we would definitely be back to this condo, mainly because it looked brand new and the view was so nice and the size was perfect. I was with people who loved being at the beach so they didn't mind never going to the pool. I would consider the stairs if I went again. Everyone vacationing needs to be able to climb those flights of stairs with no issues. Parking was fine. We got our parking tags from the office and parked right under the unit.

Nice updated condo. While billed as oceanfront, it’s really more ocean side. Bed was comfy. Bed pillows were flat. Sofa was typical sleeper sofa, not all that comfortable for sitting. The location is a little walk away from the Lake and the boardwalk. The kitchen was well equipped except there were no dish cloths or towels. Counters were a little rough, but for a place at the beach, it was fine. The place was very clean and I would definitely rent this condo again.
