Very nice clean beach house , great location.. Easy walk to the beach with Everything you could possibly need except a pizza cutter .. the fire pit photo is a bit misleading .. it’s in a fenced area , but still nice .. to bad fire wood is 9.00 a bundle Thanks southern belle for a great week of fun and sun

Such a cute and convenient rental. House was very accommodating and was a half block to the beach. About a mile or so from downtown, very convenient!

The Southern Belle was very accommodating, nicely decorated and at a good location. Was a little afraid one bathroom would be a problem but with lots of storage and plenty hot water, it was no problem at all,

For the eight months that I lived at Southern Belle, I enjoyed mornings on the porch with tea and toast, overlooking my little piece of the beach. My grandson and I toasted marshmallows in the backyard firepit. My friends and I made homemade pasta in the well-appointed kitchen. And I worked at a desk in the living room window, where I wrote and graded and enjoyed every moment. The folks at Intracoastal are phenomenal and everything I needed tending to was done swiftly and professionally.

I absolutely loved our rental, very clean smelled awesome and everything was updated. Loved the flooring. Beds were comfortable. Had everything you needed and more. Location was great. I'm so glad we stayed here and will definitely stay again. Highly recommend

My family and I had a wonderful week staying at Southern Belle. We love Carolina Beach and even though it rained a good portion of the week, we still had a wonderful time celebrating my daughters graduation. The home was decorated beautifully, was clean and comfortable. And being able to have the family dog with us was a huge bonus!

We booked this condo in February before covid19 got bad. The rental company had great communication with us and keeping us informed about the changing regulations along the way. We were so happy that we were able to still come and enjoy this property. The condo is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. It is a short walk across the road to the beach and also within walking distance to most everything. The only hiccup we had was our last night there we decided to go out to a club, when we returned back at around 230Am we were locked out as they had already changed the code and we had to call them Nd wait outside for approximately 25 minutes for a call back to receive a new code to get in. So with that said I think they should rethink how and when they change the code as we were not expected to leave the property until 10am. We would definitely rent this property again! Only suggestion would be an outside shower for rinsing off after the beach.
