We loving going to wrightsville beach and staying at station 1 is perfect!! Staying right near all the shops and restaurants made it easier for my family and I. We love staying here every summer

1F is a nice unit overall and located near the stairs so you can avoid elevator use, we didn’t realize it was without washer/dryer until arrival, we notified Intercoastal about an odor in the master bedroom, staff came out the next day and sprayed a disenfectant, the odor returned the next day. Overall for a pandemic family trip, it was good. The kids loved it.

Our experience was simply great. The condo was clean, the people were friendly and the administrator (Ian) was extremely helpful. We had a good time until the coronavirus forced us to go home.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Station One condo 1F. The interior was nicely decorated and comfortable. We liked the ocean view. We especially liked being able to walk to the coffee shop, restaurants and out for ice cream.

The overall vacation was very good. The location of Station 1 is excellent. We noticed that we mentioned to maintenance issues with Screen door and toilet as soon as we moved in on 6/15 but these issues were not fixed until we call Intra coastal back with reminder on 6/20.

We had a wonderful time at Station One! It was quiet, the pool was clean, landscaping is lovely around the pool, and security on the property was
wonderful. We will definitely come again. Two recommendations are to
add another chaise lounge to the balcony so there are two, and upgrade
the mattresses in the second bedroom. The master bedroom had a great
mattress and was very comfortable!

This property was by far the nicest we have rented while staying in Wrightsville Beach! We love the area, and cannot wait to rent here again! Perfect space for 5 people. We never felt crammed. Clean, comfortable, and cozy. Extremely close to the beach with a great ocean view. The pool was even open for Spring Break, which was a definite plus.

This was the most convenient location! Some say they wished to be on higher floors but the first floor location made it so easy to get in and out of the building without dealing with the elevators. PLUS our building DID NOT overlook the pool noise/activity--a total PLUS and much more private. The decor was nice and everything worked properly. Beds were very comfy and great shower pressure (always my pet peave)

The location of our condo at Station One was unbeatable! We loved being steps away from great eats and the ocean. The condo was spacious and we felt right at home. We have booked through Intracoastal Realty before and they are always very helpful. Helen, our reservation specialist, was on the ball and promptly answered all my questions. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our family has vacationed in Wrightsville Beach several times to visit family. Station One is a perfect location, great pool, easy access to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. This unit was nicely decorated, clean and in mostly good condition. There were a couple of minor issues (like the screen doors very hard to open) but were taken care of immediately. The staff in the office, including the security guards were kind and helpful. One of the guards called, emailed and stopped by the unit to tell us a car window was down during a rain storm and when he couldn't reach us right away, he put a bag over the window. I would say that is above and beyond! We will definitely consider staying at Station One again on our next visit.

We arrived early and our room was ready! The condo was clean and beautiful. It was perfect for our needs and it made our vacation so relaxing. It was spacious and so conveniently located. The only downside was that the wifi was spotty, but I'm told they are working on a fix for that.

We vacation at Wrightsville Beach every summer and this was one of our favorite places that we have stayed in. The condo was recently updated and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view is magnificent and the location on the first floor was convenient. We have stayed in lots of different condos, hotels and houses and this condo is now on our favorites list!

Condo was perfect!!! Comfortable and very clean!!! Staff at Station 1 were excellent!!! They were helpful and very friendly!!! The only downfall of our vacation was the rain. Can't predict the rain when making vacation plans so far in advance. Last, but not least, Intracoastal Realty made the reservation process, checking in and out process so easy without any glitches!!! We will return next year for sure!!!

Great location and wonderful view. Very private being on the 1st floor! It felt like a secluded spot. Only complaint was no laundry on floor one, and no ice bucket in the unit which meant many trips down stairs for ice. But otherwise a wonderful condo.

Perfect place to stay, everything is right outside your door, they have thought of everything, a place for everything, beach whatever, grills, bike storage, etc. Right in the heart of anything you want!!!!! The simplest check-in ever!!!!!

Very nice property and convenient to everything. Just felt that all of the locked doors was a bit much. I can see needing a key to come in from the beach to keep people from wandering into the pool area, but a key to get out was annoying. Then when you're in the locked property, you still need a key to use the stair well. There are 5 in our family and we were given 2 keys. All going out to the beach at different times and to the stores, we asked for more keys and they were very nice to give us 2 more keys, but told us they aren't supposed to.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. There are a lot of locks at Station One for privacy and security. Our policy is that each unit receive 2 sets of keys, so you were told correctly.
