We have stayed in Station One condos several times. Coco's Place was very accurate regarding the description: clean, updated, comfortable, and convenient location. We would definitely stay here again.

Coco's condo was excellent! We loved the view and access to beach. The condo was well appointed, clean and nicely decorated. We could have used directions for the TV! And some window cleaner. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Very nice vacation rental experience, from start to finish. The property lived up to the prior reviews, which were all stellar. Central location is hard to beat. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was great. Open the balcony doors to see and hear the ocean waves. Walk to restaurants and pier. Furnishings were good. Needs some attention to a new shower head and drain stopper. Quick fix.

The Unit was fine and we would like to return. However there was an incident with the a/c unit that caused us to miss a day. The unit filled with smoke & it took an electrician & hvac men the better part of the afternoon to solve & fix the issue. No one ever followed up with us after.

The owners of this condo really put a lot of thought into making it a wonderful vacation home. From the heavy duty plastic kids cutlery set to the outdoor seating and beautiful decor, there is not a single detail that was overlooked. The view is unobstructed and very private and quiet. We spent most of our time on the porch overlooking the ocea and the rocking chairs as well as the high top bar bistro table were very convenient and great to sit and have coffee or a glass of wine. We hope to go back next year!

The condo was decorated beautifully, the beds were comfortable, and waking up and watching the sunrise was fantastic. It was like an adult Summer Camp and I didn't want to leave.

We enjoy our stay. Location was perfect and the unit was clean upon arrival. Furniture in living area while adequate left a little to be desired. Everything else was great. The rockers on the porch were wonderful and kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Picking up the key, and returning it was speedy and efficient. Intracoastal went to the extra effort to return items left in one of the drawers at our rental. Kudos to them to add the bonus quality.

The unit was great, very clean, right on the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great view of sunrise/moonrise over the ocean from balcony and sunset over the inter coastal waterway within a short walk. The WiFi password we were given in the paperwork was incorrect, however the correct one was posted on the cabinet in the kitchen. Overall a good experience.
