Station One - 7C Bowers

Our condo was thoughtfully arranged, clean and recently upgrades on the furniture were appreciated. Building staff were both friendly and quickly responded to any needs. Upkeep of all public areas very good. Appreciated the new/reworked locks on gates to and from property, not a problem at all like last year!

Good experience and a nice unit but it lacked VERY basic household items you would not thing of bringing such as napkins, paper towels, surface cleaner, dishwasher liquid, garbage bags, etc. I understand the management firm is only required to provide certain items so my review is for the owner's notes. Both bath tubs backed up probably due to sand build up in pipes. Otherwise, we would come back if price reflected the differences in quality between units. (Been to 4 different ones so far)

This condo has great views and the common areas of the building, such as the pool, are great. The check in area for parking with the luggage racks and shopping carts is ingenious!! What a GREAT idea. Overall the condo was okay. Love having a tile floor to keep up with the sand. However it really needs a deep cleaning, it was decent enough but the cabinets all needed a good scrubbing, they were sticky. Also there should be a mop so you can clean up the floor yourself, I went and got a Swiffer. All little things, I did not call management to complain about. The furniture in the living room needs to be replaced, when you sit down you almost hit the floor. Both couches have seen better days. The cookware in the kitchen and the small appliances need to be upgraded, the dishes were fine and plenty of glasses of all types. However the coffee pot should be a Keurig and the blender is small and plastic. However they both do work. Loved having extra ice packs in the freezer! The second bathroom is great, awesome shower with great water pressure! The master bathroom setup is very nice, but the actual bathroom is very dark and the hot water does not work. Again, I didn't want plumbers in while I was on vacation so I reported it at the end of our stay, we just used the second shower all week. The only thing that really sort of grossed me out was the blankets and spreads. Not single use. Gross. I took them off and put them in the closet all week and just used the sheets. The beds themselves were VERY comfortable however the mattress in the master is stained and should have a cover or mattress pad on it and it does not. There should also be a few fans as the sun makes the condo a little warm in the afternoons. A few small upgrades and this condo would be PREMIER. The view is unparalleled and it is quite large. The complex should upgrade the key system as they stick often (it can't be helped with the salty air)and we struggled many times to open the common locks

We have always been impressed with Intracoastal's management! Our Family has stayed at this property for decades, enjoying our Summer Vacation! We will definitely stay at Station One again, just not in the condo we rented this year! Very outdated and the refrigerator barely cooled our food and drinks!

This was a wonderful vacation, and the 7C Bowers unit was amazing. It was clean and well-maintained, and had a great view of the beach. I would definitely recommend Station One and this property to anyone vacationing in Wrightsville Beach.
