Tiki Dachniki

We liked the location and the house was well appointed and stocked. LR rug is a bit of a trip hazard so we rolled it up for the duration of our stay. Fun watching the golfers, especially when we could see the hole location. Even occasionally applauded shots and got bows in return. Too funny. Could use instructions for operating TV's...took some experimenting as we did not have tech savvy youngsters with us (all 6 of us over 65...LOL) Guest membered at BHI - wish we could have also done so at Shoal's. Would recommend this house.

Very good family vacation! Working with the rental staff made getting ready for the trip so easy. The 2 golf carts worked perfectly for 8 adults, chairs and at times 1 large dog. The kitchen was well appointed. The dining table sat 8 adults. The beds were comfortable. Because the weather was great, we spent most of our time on the deck. We used the grocery delivery service, and they did a very good job. Also ordered a baby gate, to keep the dogs on the deck. Fortunately we brought beach towels. The site says they are included, but there were no towels in the house. We did laundry several times to clean the bath towels. That is really the only thing I can think of that was an issue. The 4th of July parade was so fun!

We had a wonderful week in this house. It is a great location, just minutes away from the marina, across from the Creek access and overlooking the golf course. The property is truly lovely and so peaceful! The deck overlooking the golf course is gorgeous; we spent much time on the swing and deck chairs. We appreciated having two golf carts. Our rescue lab also found the house to be peaceful and easy. There are many personal touches in the home (such as games with all of their pieces ;-), books, etc.) that make it feel warm, comfortable, and inviting. The bikes were in good shape, as were the beach chairs. We are grateful!

We had a great stay in this home. There was my family of 5 plus my parents and our dog. We had plenty of space and 3 full bathrooms was great to have. We loved the beach equipment and the golf carts that came with the home. We will say the deck needs refinishing or at least the nails pounded down- it felt very unsafe to walk out there without shoes on and it’s such a wonderful space. We had a very maintenance issues that were solved very quickly. We definitely recommend this home!

Great home for our family of 5. Had everything you would need for a baby, fully stocked kitchen! The home looks like it is in the middle of renovations, but overall was nicely done. All of the beds were very comfortable! The location of this house is very easy to access from the marina. The golf carts are in wonderful condition and we really enjoyed the 6 passenger golf cart. My only negatives are small, the master bathroom is strange and the shower needs to be redone and the master bedroom has open windows into the living room upstairs (also very strange.). But overall, would defiantly stay here again in a minute!

This was an excellent experience - a reunion trip of four high school friends. Due to an unexpected delay on the day of arrival we missed our ferry and arrived after the agency was closed. No problem! I called the agent and he left keys and instructions right at the ferry terminal. The property itself was in great condition and provided the perfect base for our trip. We enjoyed using the kayaks at the put-in right across the street, and the two golf carts allowed us to split into two groups if needed.
