My husband and I had a great time. The fall weather was perfect. This oceanfront condo is so close you can hear the waves crashing on the surf. The full moon reflecting off of the ocean was beautiful. The king sized bed was so comfortable. We would rent this condo again.

This condo was the great getaway that my family needed. It was clean, modern and had the perfect ocean view. Even though it rain throughout most of our stay, the place was big enough to give everyone a space to unwind and relax. The beach, pool and town offered plenty of activities for my family to enjoy. I’m looking forward to our return trip here next year.

Wonderful 2-br, 2-bath condo on the 2nd floor, overlooking the ocean. This part of Carolina Beach is quiet and uncrowded, even on Labor Day Weekend. The unit itself is beautiful, full of amenities and features a pirate theme. Great experience. Highly recommended.

We have stayed in the area for the last 8 yrs. We found this condo one of the nicest places! Master bed was comfortable, condo was clean & found everything in working order. I was a little hesitant about renting originally with some of the reviews but reluctantly renting anyhow. So glad we did....everything is just as pictured, location can’t be beat, & condo quality was great. We will stay here again if given the opportunity. Thank you for providing us a perfect place to call home for our 2021 vacation week for my wife & myself. We love CB

The condo was beautiful but dirty when we arrived, hair and sand throughout. Dirty towels left in the bathroom. Notified Intracoastal Realty Sunday night by email Sunday night, received a call from “Jennifer “ Monday, who said a new rotar would be delivered today. New internet all week. Received a call from Jennifer Thursday asking if we received equipment that day. Told her I didn’t know what she was talking about, we were expecting the internet to be fixed Monday. She then became rude saying she never said that. Will not deal with Intracoastal Realty again.

We apologize that you encountered internet issues during your stay. Spectrum did drop the ball during your visit, we do apologize for that as well. Spectrum has since delivered new equipment to the unit and internet is now working.

Great view and easy access to the beach. We had 6 of us staying and were all comfortable. Ceiling fan light in master didn't work right, it kept turning on in the middle of the night, but we did not call to get it looked at. Appliances were nice and the beds were comfortable. Condo was close to many restaurants and stores for convenience.

Property was delightfully decorated, clean and well equipped with good quality appliances. Perfect ocean views from the living room and big deck. Loved the tall Adirondack chairs! Small toilet leak was immediately repaired. Be aware of the limited parking. Building has one assigned spot for each unit, but only 2 guest spots for the building. But it’s a common beach problem. Make sure to eat at Michael’s Seafood. Best clam chowder ever! Would definitely rent again!
