"I was advised Friday 8-2-19 by Ian that pier was in disrepair. We were bringing our Jet Ski to ride and did bring it. The pier is a major liability hazard. The support beams are rotted and the end of the pier has collapsed in the water. The steps from the bulkhead are slick and hazardous and the support poles are rotted. My daughter and myself slipped and fell on the steps and scraped our arms and legs. Fortunately we did not have to seek professional medical attention but did have to purchase first aid products for our injuries. Both the pier and steps are a major liability hazard.
A section of the kitchen cabinets are being supported by a piece of wood because they have pulled away from the ceiling. This is a falling hazard. There are several interior chairs that are old with wood separation unsecured legs, unsafe to sit in. The table in the den has leg separation. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom has not been cleaned in sometime. The master bath tub drain was clogged and nasty. I clean and plumbed it out myself. The exhaust fan in the master bath does not work. The hall bath was not as clean as it could have been. We cleaned ourselves. There are electric sockets that did not work and some that were projecting out of the wall. Some of the porch rocking chairs were flimsy and not safe to sit in. The cable tv and internet were sporatic with distortion on the tv and constant resetting. The coffee maker was nasty. We cleaned with a Clorox wipe and used it. The stove top was not clean. Needs to be scraped and polished with a cleaner. The location and view were very nice. A partial refund would be a nice gesture."
