Duneridge 2103 is a beautifully updated first floor condo in Duneridge resort. This unit has tile floors throughout, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and the perfect bed configuration for your family!
The kitchen has granite counter tops, is fully stocked with everything you could need to make a family meal, and has views of the ocean. The dining room table has seating for 8. The living room is great for movie nights and unwinding after a long beach day. Enjoy a morning coffee or an evening meal on the ocean front balcony listening to the waves. There is also a full sized washer/dryer off the kitchen for your convenience!
The master bedroom is ocean front with a full private bathroom and a king bed. The two guest bedrooms are sound facing and share a full sized bathroom in the hall. There is a queen bed and a twin in the first bedroom, and the second bedroom also has a queen bed with a twin. There are extra TV's in the bedrooms as well, and ceiling fans throughout. This unit has been furnished with you in mind, everything you could want is here!

"The unit was not only clean but well kept. Decor was cute and beds were comfortable and space was ample for 4 adults and 4 kids that shared a room. Would absolutely stay again as pool was close and beach was beautiful as well and steps away from pool area. My only negative was that site did not have recycling which seems odd this day and age and I got a ticket for being in a guest spot as passes were not had yet for season until the Friday of my trip. I have no concern that dispute will be rectified but was a bit of a bummer."

"This unit was a last minute force of change due to another rental company rudely notifying me 1 week prior to arrival that the unit I rented wasn't available as renovations from last fall's hurricane weren't complete. This unit was the best I could find at the last minute. The view wasn't the greatest because of the high sand dunes off of the balcony. We arrived later than anticipated our first eve (on a Thursday) and, until we unloaded/got organized, it was late until going to bed. We were rudely awakened prior to 8 a.m. to loud construction noises from another unit, which was actually one floor up and to the left of us, but sounded right above us! When I contacted the beach rental office I was told there was nothing that could be done.
The cleanliness of the unit was questionable: dirty dishes were found in the cupboards, dirty floors throughout making the bottom of our feet black. The bed linens had a musty smell. Sink faucet in master bathroom didn't work properly. Keys would not work on one ground level door access, forcing us to use the farthest access to the building. We also had a hard time locking and unlockung the sliding glass door to the balcony. Construction work let up on Saturday and Sunday but continued Monday and Tuesday.
Other than all of the above, the unit was spacious, and all but the King bed we're comfortable. King bed sunk in on one side. Kitchen had ample supplies. The furnishings, air conditioning, tv's, dishwasher, washer/dryer worked very well. Swimming pool and beach access were all very nice. The beach and weather were gorgeous so it made up for some of the disappointments we had. We felt pretty secure and the office being located below the swimming pool was very convenient to pick up and drop off keys."

"Nice development and our unit was certainly satisfactory and as described. 1st floor unit unfortunately doesn’t give much of ocean view -blocked by dunes. Floor had funny grit to it but wasn’t sand? Property manager was adequate but found them to b unresponsive in booking and contract phases. "

"The property was a great fit for our family. The room(s) were exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The property was well maintained - updates were being done on the property during our stay. Proximity to the beach was perfect and still close to local restaurants and hot-spots. Our favorite restaurants were Poe's Tavern, Fish House Grill, Sweet n Savory Cafe, and Banks Channel Pub and Grille. Boombalatti's Homemade Ice Cream was our favorite dessert stop. We loved the large pool with umbrellas. We were the only ones in the pool at times - it was not crowded at all. The only negative aspect of the property was the water quality. It smelled burnt. Not sure if this is a property-wide issue or just in unit 2013, but it is something that may need to be addressed."

"The location with access to the beach and pool was wonderful and the grounds of the complex were well maintained. However there were definite cleaning issues with the particular unit we rented including: Sand on floors at time of check in; food/coffee spots on kitchen floor; used blanket thrown on floor in closet and used towels under bathroom sink; and stain (?urine) around base of toilet. The shower door was very difficult to slide due to sand build up and there was a crack at top of the handle to the door leading to outside balcony.
We would definitely stay on the property again but not in this unit which does not appear to be well maintained. "

"Check in was simple and we found our condo in clean condition (we did have one bathroom garbage can not emptied)
Pool and beach access could not be any better. The unit was extremely quiet and AC worked well. The kitchen was well stocked and everyone found their beds comfortable. There was a nice selection of novels to read in case you forgot a book. The only suggestion is that the showers seemed original and can use an upgrade although they worked fine."

"Upon arrival to the property it was not at all as expected. The condo itself is nice but the cleanliness and general amenities were not up to par. All issues were laid out for the staff. Some were fixed and some not. I do think some of the people involved felt the need to make things right while others required followup from me almost our whole stay to get everything sorted out. I don't believe the cleaning crew paid attention to detail especially with the new Covid compliance promises."

"Overall our stay was very nice. Note that there are no outdoor grills on the property. I did not see any on any balconys, perhaps a property rule.
This unit could use some updating but slept our 8 person family very comfortably. There is no pantry so we had to keep all our food on the counter. Perhaps they could clear out a couple cabinets, which had plenty of supplies.
Pool was fantastic, beach was so close, just walk down the walkway.
People were very nice. I would come back to stay here when Covid restrictions are lifted so we could enjoy some of the restaurants and shopping."

"The unit was clean and comfortable. My only issue was the bed in the Master bedroom. The bed was not very comfortable and whenever I turned over it creaked. Needless to say I did not sleep well this vacation. "

"Excellent location and property. Furniture is a bit dated for high priced summer rental. Kitchen faucet broke shortly after checkin and it took several tries to reach maintenance; however, maintenance person stayed late and replaced with new faucet. 2 of 3 remotes in main room didn't have batteries and TV input wasn't set to cable box so it took some effort to get tv in main room to work properly. Cable receiver remote in master bedroom never worked even after swapping out batteries. No trash bags, replacement paper towels, dish soap was practically empty, etc. Minor details that can make big difference in overall experience. "

"The unit was clean and well-kept. We would have preferred patio furniture that allows you to stretch out and read and enjoy the sunsets, but that was our only gripe - and it was a minor one. Otherwise, it fit our needs very well."

"The condo is spacious and comfortable. It is conveniently located near the pool and beach access. The pool is large and clean. Since we visited late in September, we wished the pool were heated - it was very chilly on some days. The living and dining room furniture was great for a large group. There are a few weird things that are helpful to know - there is no secure wifi and no hair dryer. We travel 6 months a year and this is the first time in years that we were lacking these. The initial supplies were slim to none. No dish soap, no salt & pepper, no initial packet of coffee. There is a wonderful Harris Teeter nearby and Costo and Walmart are within 10 miles. The sheets and towels are left in sealed plastic bags, so expect to make your bed when you arrive. The complex does not have grills. We had a great time during our stay and would likely seek out this unit again when we next visit Wrightsville."
