Recent Reviews About This Property

"Everything was great - no complaints. I would recommend updating the appliances...the stove didn't operate that well at all and no dishwasher isn't ideal. Home is adorable was clean and a short walk to the beach!"

"great time at the beach"

"We enjoyed our stay at this cute beach house. The neighborhood was quite and it is walking distance to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance as well. We will definitely be back. "

Tiffany J. from Chandler, 08/15/2018

"PROS: Unit was great with a great location! A simple 2 block walk and you're on the beach! Walk in the other direction and you have river access. So you can walk your SUP and launch right there. Linens and pillow comfortable.
CONS: Kitchen utensils were pitiful. The sharp knife couldn't cut butter if it had too! No pot holders either. Frying pan had no non-stick surface left so it was tough to clean. We fried eggs using spray & bacon grease and the eggs still stuck to the pan. Bathtub surface was pretty much gone so it seemed dirty. When we arrived (Saturday PM) the floors were so dirty our socks turned black. Contacted Mgt Company on Monday and they said we should have called sooner. No "Oh we are sorry; we'll send someone over right away" response. That's pretty poor service.
Due to the location, I would stay here again. With only one bathroom, I wouldn't recommend it for more than 4 people. Bring your own garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels because they don't provide them (they do supply one of each; after that you are on your own)."
