This unit is perfect for you and your family. Station One 5G is on the fifth floor and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is ocean front with a king bed, private full bathroom, and balcony access. The hall guest bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. The guess bedroom has two twin beds. There is tile throughout the living space, perfect for beach life! The living room is right off the oceanfront balcony with amazing views of the ocean and the dunes. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need, and the dining room table is great for family dinner.
Station One offers secured entrance, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Coin operated laundry facilities. Beautifully decorated and convenient to shopping and restaurants.
Restrictions:
Occupancy: 6. No Smoking. No Pets. Parking for two vehicles.
The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from the front office at Station One to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

"Although the location was great, the condo was very basic with outdated appliances, broken shutters,a leaking toilet, a dripping faucet and dirty silverware in the drawers. In addition, the pans were dirty and the floors left your feet black if you went barefoot. The management company did respond promptly to our concerns, but some things couldn't be fixed right away (plumbing and cleaning) and we had to re-wash most of the dishes and utensils before using them. Although we enjoyed our stay and loved the beach and the pool, it was disappointing to have to pay so much for the condo for the condition it was in."
