"The overall experience at 3C was fine. I was a bit disappointed with Intracoastal's response to a complaint I made the first full day in our rental. I called to discuss a smell issue, and since it was Sunday, they only had one person on staff, and no cleaning staff available. Understandable. The person took a message and said someone would get back to me the next morning. I never heard from anyone. No follow-up. The issue sort of went away, so I didn't want to waste any more time pursuing it. But the lack of follow-up was disappointing. I would expect more from a rental agency."

"This is a 3rd floor condo in a pretty large condo building. We loved the condo itself, it fit us great with two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Both showers only (no tub) and the showers are very spacious. There is a balcony with storm door across it (which we unfortunately had to use, but it served us well!). Balcony and outdoor furniture could have used a cleaning before we came, it didn't seem like it had been cleaned in awhile, especially the floor, and we wanted to keep shoes on out there. But we enjoyed it, and the view, immensely. Kitchen with standard, good quality appliances. Nice comfortable living room with decent floor space for the kids to play with their trucks and blocks. Unit inside was clean clean clean. Shared pool was simple but great, we used it daily, and there is a nice large outdoor shower/hose area with plenty of room for all the guests in this building to rinse off on return from the beach. Beach gets very crowded here, but that's Wrightsville for you, and to be expected with all the guests from this large of a building sharing a strip of sand. It's a wide beach so it was still totally fine. We enjoyed our stay so much and would rent here again!"
