Our vacation rentals are cleaned and sanitized by disinfectants that are EPA registered for use against COVID-19 (the coronavirus). Our linens are commercially cleaned, and dried using an EPA approved commercial sanitizing agent and are left sealed in plastic at the foot of each bed.
Our goal is to ensure that each property is sanitized and safe for your vacation.

Enjoy amazing sunsets from the development's docks and cool breezes from your large balcony. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The two guest bedrooms have a full and two twins respectively, and share a full hall bathroom. Make a splash in the on site pool, or take up a game of tennis. "Quality of furniture and amenities were very good. There were a few maintenance issues - some of the microwave buttons didn't work, no working lock on one of the sliding doors, keys were difficult to use. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. We also appreciated that the kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and some paper products at the property to get our stay started."

"This unit is fine, but it is very plain. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit that is in a great location. This unit meets all your basic comforts, but no extras and no view. There seems to be a lighting problem in one bath where the light bulbs keep blowing out."

"This is the dirtiest,stinkiest place we have ever rented for a vacation. It totally ruined our vacation. It is advertised as a smoke free unit, however, the smell of stale cigarette smoke greeted us as we opened the door. It was disgusting!! We had our 10 mo. old granddaughter with us--her hands and the top of her feet were black after crawling on the filthy floor. We went to the Causeway office immediately Sun. morning and asked to be moved, but were told that wasn't possible. We asked 2 more times and still were told "no". We were told a cleaning crew would come, but they never arrived. On Tues. we had to rush the baby to the emergency room with breathing problems. (She had to have breathing treatments.) The cabinets in the kitchen were sticky, the trash can smelled, the bathroom rugs were dirty, the blinds were broken, the deck was slimy, the front door keys didn't work. We didn't want to touch anything. Glad I live in Wilmington--we just came back home. Now I am trying to get my money back. Worst vacation ever. "

"Loved wrightsville beach! Cord grass bay is located very conveniently across the road from the beach.unit was clean and comfortable overall. Only complaints were there wasn't a grill, the kitchen needed some utensil upgrades,(flat wear toaster oven). Carpeting pretty worn in living room, and really need new mattresses in 2 guest rooms. But neighbors were friendly, would definitely go back."

"The location & well-equipped kitchen were very nice. However, the door locks need to be replaced. Maintenance said that as long as he could unlock the door, the owner would not replace the locks. One key would not work at all for us & the other key worked sporadically. We spent as much as 10-15 minutes trying to unlock front door several times; and we ended up leaving the condo unlocked frequently because of the frustration with the lock. Fortunately, nothing was stolen. I would not rent this unit again."

"Our stay was nice and the unit had everything we needed; however, there was cat fur everywhere. Carpet, kitchen, bath, beds. My husband is very allergic to cat fur. Management was prompt to respond, but there response was to simply vacuum. This didn't fully clean up the fur. We needed to stay in the unit for an extended amount of time as we were between homes, having sold ours and the new one wasn't ready. So we choose to rent a steam cleaner and professionally clean the floors. "

"This condo was very clean and the location was great--a short walk across Lumina and we were at the beach. It was well-stocked with kitchen appliances and dishes. The decor was very 1980s, and some areas smelled musty--next time I think I'll choose a more updated condo. But overall I'm glad it was clean and convenient. We had a good stay."

"The unit itself was very big; however, the whole place needs a major face lift and is looking tired. The unit was clean.

The kitchen- the space was clean, yet all of the kitchenware was dirty with soap scum or crusty food. We had to wash everything before it could be used. Dishwasher became a big drying rack as it didn't clean things.

The water- smelled like sewage. Must have been either sulphur or lime in the hot water system. If we wanted to shower in the unit it was cold water only, otherwise we showered at a location offsite.

Given the astronomical prices we paid to stay here I expected better. I wouldn't consider staying at this place again unless it was less than half of what we paid and some things get addressed.

Positives- the communication from the rental company was excellent. Check-in was easy and I knew exactly what to do before I even started travelling. Easy beach access and great place to stay for a family just looking to hang near a beach.

"The tap water had a very bad smell to it. By the end of our vacation it had improved or else we had gotten used to it but my thinking is that the unit may not have been rented for sometime and once we ran all the water out of the hot water tank that had been sitting there for a while it wasn't as rank smelling but it was pretty bad the first couple of days. Definitely take your bottled water with you."

"The unit needs a new water filtration system. It smelled disgusting. We understand beach water contains more of a sulfur smell but this was horrific. I was told this is normal and the only way to fix it temporarily is to run the water for at least 45 minutes which the maintenance rep came and did I assuming and it still smelled. I did not even feel comfortable washing my babies bottles or child's cups in the water I had to boil bottled water. Thankfully we were in town to visit family and I was able to wash shower etc there. The other issue was the hairs found in the bathrooms and on the sheets etc. This could have been a great place to stay based on location etc but I would not rent here again. "

"We had a great time at the beach with my family for my birthday, the location is close to the beach with a great public access that has bathrooms. The property itself has good bones but could use updates. Specifically the beds. None of us in the three bedrooms slept well. The blankets in the closets had holes in them, and all the beds were hard and squeaky. The porch hang could be more inviting too. Upgrade the furniture. Everyone wants to hang out on the porch at the beach. "

"Cord Grass Bay is in a great area. This particular unit was very clean and spacious. Nice small balconies/deck to sit outside but no real views, a glimpse of the sound, but that's all. Super easy walk to the beach. During Covid, it was very nice to not have to share any common lobby areas or elevators. Chelsey, who helped with our reservation, was The BEST! "

"Our stay at Cordgrass Bay 2315E was good. Overall the facilities are beautiful. The walk to the beach was short and the docks on the intracoastal waterway are pretty. We enjoyed our walks and fishing. Our accommodations were okay. The unit was dated, which we knew going in. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked well. The carpets really need to be taken out. They smelled musky. The living room furniture was comfortable but could use a good cleaning. Our only real complaint about the whole place was the roaches. We saw our first one under the steps while unloading our bags. The next one the next day while setting on the deck. Then the kicker was when one woke me up crawling up my arm. I called Intracoastal three times and told them but they never called me back or sent anyone out. I understand that things happen and maybe it had been wet and bugs come out of no where but someone should have reached back out to us. Needless to say, my nights were restless and we slept with the light on the rest of the week. "

"Best asset of this property- Great location, clean pool, 2 balconies.
Very dated inside condo. Double mattress was old and lumpy. Slated verticle blinds kept falling or were missing. Had to have maintenance replace slats so that children could sleep in morning. However, slow response from maintenance; checked in Saturday, maintenance came Wednesday.
Roaches in master bedroom, guest bathroom. Maintenance gave us roach motels.
One manager from Intercoastal reached out to me on Tuesday and that was appreciated.
