Our vacation rentals are cleaned and sanitized by disinfectants that are EPA registered for use against COVID-19 (the coronavirus). Our linens are commercially cleaned, and dried using an EPA approved commercial sanitizing agent and are left sealed in plastic at the foot of each bed.
Our goal is to ensure that each property is sanitized and safe for your vacation.
You will enjoy stunning views from this beautiful ocean front condo in Pelican Watch. Awake to beautiful sun rise views from the ocean front master bedroom. The spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit boasts a king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third. There is also a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has been remodeled with ceramic tile, granite and stainless appliances. Enjoy the tile work in the recently redone master bathroom shower. The open kitchen and living area lead onto the ocean front deck.
Pelican Watch offers guests an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun deck, private beach access, and an area to grill and picnic. This is a wonderful location near shops, restaurants, the Carolina Beach Board Walk, and the Lake. It is a place the entire family will enjoy and want to visit year after year.

"Inside of unit was very nice. Outside of building needs a facelift (looks rundown). The only real negative was that for almost $500/night I should not have had to of run out to buy trashbags and toilet paper as soon as we arrived(really???). Please pass that along."

"Location was amazing. Such an easy walk out to the beach. Parking was across the street, which was a bit of a hassle with children, but there was plenty of parking, we always had a spot. The condo was pretty, with an amazing view of the sunrise. Beds were not overly comfortable, but not too bad. Air filter was very dirty, but the rest of the place was clean. Air conditioning was said to be set at 70, but was still pretty warm in there. Company doesn't want air conditioning lower than 70, so not much could be done about the warmth when the sun was shining. Washing machine and dryer came in handy, and worked great. Kitchen was stocked with necessities. Overall, we enjoyed our week there, was thankful the linens and towels were provided, and would come back again. "

"As a child I spent many vacations in this area of NC. We wanted to return 25 years later for many reasons. Booking this condo was easy. They were very organized. The view was great. The lay out is great. Nice nice condo. Our stay was restful and we enjoyed it very much. The street behind the condo is very busy. Much busier than years ago. Getting unloaded and parked on check in day was a little crazy. Parking was a little inconvenient. The elevators were fast though. It was quiet for the most part. After bedtime the street quiets too. We only heard a few people yelling or kids being noisy a couple of times after we were in bed. It quickly quieted down. Good area for families. I didn't see anyone partying or being inappropriate. I usually go to the gulf of Florida but we really enjoyed this condo and near by Wilmington and fort fisher. July 4th weekend was a little crowded on the beach and street. Like I said everyone was nice. I would return. The realty company was great to deal with too. Everything was just as it should be. The pool was nice. The indoor pool was refreshing also. Everything is locked and secure too. Our condo was stocked well also. There was a great open kitchen. Two full baths. Beach chairs ( I left a new one also ) boogie boards, books to read. We loved it. My kids are 16 and 20. They enjoyed the battleship and the "one tree hill " sites near. "

"Our family has vacationed in Carolina Beach for years - mostly staying in various Pelican Watch Condos. This was the first time we had taken a family trip back to Carolina Beach since my husband passed away. Pelican Watch 405 didn't disappoint. Having the linens provided was a plus. The unit was clean and stocked very well. The whole family enjoyed the trip and I hope it is something we are able to do every year."

"During our stay I noticed difficulity in navigating around the Building as there were a lot of locked doors that you had to have a FOB or card to gain access to the doors. I sent Intracoastal Properties an email about it but they never responded. When I turned my keys in the lady new nothing about the FOB or card access or the property and said I should have called. I wonder why we didn't have the access fob or card in the first place other than poor management. While we were they we were awaken early one morning so a man could come in and spray insecticide around the living room and kitchen base boards, don't know why he didn't spray the bedrooms! The rental is old and the sliding doors will barely shut all the way without a good amount of strength. Move the rocker one day and it never had been swept around, I think housekeeping only hits the high places! Still upset we couldn't access the outside pool due to no FOB /access card and constantly had to walk long distances to move around the bldg. Not well managed in my opinion. The twin beds are hard as a rock and bathroom had black mole in the shower area! Curtain panels are missing on sliding doors. Washer & dryer are very nice! For the price I've stayed in better places in the past! Check in on Saturdays is a mess with just two small elevators, waited in line for 30 minutes or more to get access to carts and to ride elevator!"

"Good. Nice place. First off. We had wash the bed spread in the master bedroom. There was dog/kid sh— on the bed spread. Secondly the sliding glass door track needs oiled and or cleaned. Hard to move. Thirdly the front door key is hard to unlock. "

"Great Location but the condo was not very clean at all. Dishes and silverware had to be washed before use. Dishwasher didn't clean dishes. There was a dead bug in the island drawer. We wiped everything down with lysol wipes and they were disgusting to say the least.
AC would not bring the condo temp below 74 and the outside temp was 74. If it gets hotter, it will need fixed. The tag said it was serviced in 2011 or 2012
People at the condo were not very friendly. It was 10:11(when I got to my room)and there were 2 families at the pool. An older man came in, yelled and told us the pool closes at 10 and its 11. Neither family could see a clock. He was rude.
We will not ever stay here again."

"Pelican Watch 405 needs TLC from owner. Furniture (chair) sticky and stained (no doubt from sunscreen) and had to cover with a sheet to use, or stick to it otherwise. Extra pillows in top of two closets appeared dirty with stains and had mold spots on them. Light bulbs in kitchen and bathroom burned out. AC was not working properly on arrival and owner wanted to call someone on Monday, as opposed to the weekend. Patio furniture has paint chipped off and no cushions (type of furniture that is supposed to have cushions). Expected better condition, considering the couple of months with no renters to prepare for re-open. Unfortunate because unit could be so nice. Cleaning service could do a better job as well, as I spilled water on bathroom floor the day we arrived and the paper towel I used to dry the floor with was black. Intracoastal Realty is good to work with, though, and we will stay through them again, just not this unit."
