Our vacation rentals are cleaned and sanitized by disinfectants that are EPA registered for use against COVID-19 (the coronavirus). Our linens are commercially cleaned, and dried using an EPA approved commercial sanitizing agent and are left sealed in plastic at the foot of each bed.

This 7th floor, 2 bedroom oceanfront property at Station One offers expansive views of the Atlantic from the heart of Wrightsville Beach. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, as well as a full private bathroom and access to an ocean front balcony. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, and there is a full bathroom in the hall. The kitchen and bathrooms have both been completely remodeled for your enjoyment!

"This rental exceeded my expectations in every possible way! The condo was incredibly clean when we arrived. The decor is beautiful. The quality of the furnishings is top notch. The views were incredible. The grounds were immaculate. The location is very secure with locked entry doors (to the common access areas) and the very friendly onsite security team. We were able to walk to most places. The rental management team was very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information to make our week stay a very pleasant one. Unit was clean, spacious and well appointed with updated kitchen (and utensils) , baths, TV's, etc. Station One has been almost completely updated post hurricane (new paint, fences, decking by pool, pool furniture, etc. Extremely convenient to the restaurants and the "loop". Check in was easy - right on the way to Station One and friendly folks. Convenient private parking and unloading with carts. Felt very safe with private security and management present on site. Give it a 9 out of 10 - definitely will be returning and go for the same unit! "
"We stayed as Seventh Heaven for a UNCW graduation and long weekend. We had booked another property at station 1 last September (week of hurricane Florence) and were happy to reschedule with the spring graduation. The place has exactly all the conveniences that you need. We especially enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants and shops. The ocean views are perfect and you can even enjoy sunsets from the front walkway. Property mgt company was very professional and courteous. "
"My husband and I arrived shortly after 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, and right away noticed some things that indicated the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned. This was our first evening back in Wrightsville Beach for a week’s visit and we were looking forward to a nice dinner out and did not fully unpack until we returned to the room. As we unpacked, it became obvious that our unit had not been cleaned at all.
Note that this was Easter weekend and Intracoastal Realty offices were closed until Monday morning. Our contract promised a clean and inspected unit; it was far from clean and clearly not inspected. Although this did not seem like an emergency situation, the Security Office advised that we should call the emergency number provided in our check-in packet. The answering service said they would contact the on-call manager and that someone would call me back. I won’t go into great detail on how often I had to call to find out when someone would be able to come, but when it was all said and done, it was approximately 10:30 Monday morning before anyone showed up to clean.
It was a bit distressing to learn that housekeeping had come to clean prior to our check-in on Saturday, but could not access the unit because the key could not be located.
Intracoastal has since issued us a credit for our inconvenience, although it is impossible to know how they decided on the amount of $146.81.
We do enjoy staying at Station One. It is in a great location central to some good restaurants and next to a beach access and the highway for coming and going. The unit 7I Seventh Heaven is beautiful with updated kitchen and bathrooms and nicely decorated."
"This wasn't really a vacation but rather a alternate living arrangement while our home in Wilmington was repaired from Hurricane Florence damage. Having said that however, our stay at Station 1, Unit 7I was very enjoyable and comfortable. The unit must have been remodeled and updated recently with tile floors, renovated baths that replaced tubs with glass enclosed showers in both, new vanities with marble tops, marble kitchen counters and full replacement if all kitchen cabinets. All of the upgrades were done first class. Seventh floor views are fantastic with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, Dolphins feeding and playing near shore and expansive beaches for walking. Come see for yourself -- it lives up to its name! "

"We have been staying at Station One beginning in 2008 skipping only 2017. We have stayed in a variety of 2 & 3 bedroom units and have generally been very pleased. Our stay in 7I last week was comfortable & pleasant. The updated kitchen & bathrooms are beautiful. However some of the other furniture could use some updating. As far as suggestions for improvements, the following would make the stay even better: the sofa sleeper was uncomfortable & could use a new mattress; hot water did not last thru everyone's showers as last two to shower had lukewarm to cool water; at night the master bedroom was warm as the air conditioner did not seem to cool the room when the door was closed. As stated previously, overall stay was comfortable & we enjoyed our time at Station One with other relatives who stayed in other units. You do need to do something better with the Key situation to get back in from the ocean & back in to the building from the pool. The key is really hard to turn (it's the ocean air)& maybe you can eliminate the key from the pool to the building since we are already in from the ocean?"

"This rental was not as good as our previous. Upon arrival the guest bedroom ceiling had thick hanging dust all over it and the vent. We had to call to get them to come and clean it. They showed up with a broom and garbage bag. The sheets were not completely put on the bed. The comforter/blankets seemed old and smelled. The floor was not cleaned well. This was not our experience prior. It is a great view, the bathrooms were remodeled and nice. The kitchen was nice. The sofa and chair was not comfortable. The living room is cold but bedrooms are hot. They have fans but do not work well to cool. All the units here have a problem with the ac in the bedrooms. Not unbearable if you have fans and it does cool off at night. I will rent again there, but will choose a different unit for sure."

The furniture wasn't very comfortable either. There were no headboard on the beds...
The keys have to be fixed and upgraded to key fans. They are a huge pain."

"Very pleased with stay. Check in process could use some improvements. Basically a security guard gave us keys. Would have been helpful to have received a little orientation information (e.g. Where to park, where to unload, location of elevators & room, etc.).
The biggest improvement to our overall Experience would be to make the laundry facilities free. It was a real Drag to have to find change to put into the laundry washer and dryer. After spending multiple thousands of dollars, I think machines not requiring coins should not be a big deal. Heck, just jack up the rental price an extra $10-$20.
The facilities were very clean, staff polite, and quickly responded to our concerns.

"This condo was great! Very clean and updated. The property was clean and well maintained & a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
The only negatives would be the 10am checkout time is a little early, we struggled to get out by that time.
And the property key situation is a little overkill, once inside the property I should not have to use my key for every door I pass through including the pool restroom.

"We had a nice week at the beach after a frustrating and annoying start. The hall smoke alarm/low battery beeps we're going off every couple of minutes when we arrived at our unit. Many phone calls and almost three hours later someone just unplugged the alarm for us, it stayed that way the rest of the week. The bike we had rented for Saturday arrived around lunchtime on Monday after lots of phone calls."

"In general, it was a very nice property and my family and I had a very good stay. We liked being on the 7th floor. I'm getting older and my back is fussy about strange mattresses, but the king size mattress in the master bedroom was perfect.
There were a few things we didn't like. No password protection on the WiFi for the unit!! This is simple to do and should a no-brainer. I got the sense that anyone in the building who could pick up the signal was piggy-backing on it until late at night. It really affected the connection speed. Also, the keys to the building should card-swipe or RFD keys, not mechanical keys. The locks into the building and into the pool area were difficult to open at times. A maintenance man said he thought the problem was sand getting into the lock mechanism. Maybe so. All the more reason to go to some form of electronic keys."

"We lived in Wilmington for 8 years before moving away a year ago. We wanted to spend a week at the beach and found this unit online. The condo suited our needs perfectly. We are a family of four that enjoyed the beach, the pool, and being able to walk to many downtown businesses - especially Robert's for chicken salad sandwiches and nightly trips for ice cream and Rita's. The condo was as advertised with a great sunrise view from the balcony and sunset view from the 7th floor walkway. We will be returning to Station One."
