Archer

The location of the property was great. The cleanliness of the property needed improvement. The carpet, air intake vents, ceiling fan and comforters all need a thorough cleaning. The bathroom doors need to be replaced. The kitchen utensils were substandard. All that said we had a great week! I would recommend to a friend as long as they knew what they were getting!

This home was wonderfully located and well prepared. The interior was really dated and doors were peeling and stained ceiling. The furniture smelled a little off in the living room. But the appliances all worked and we enjoyed both decks as well. Also great parking. If I stayed there again just I’d bring my own pillows snd blankets. But the location was fantastic snd easy for a week away. And no bugs that we saw at all!

Although this condo needs a lot of interior TLC, the location can't be beat -- that was the main reason for choosing this particular unit!

This was a nice place to stay. Very close to businesses, so an easy walk. The house dies not have its own beach access, but the public access is next to the house. The house itself needs updating. Some carpets are stained. Some living room furniture is broken. But this would be a great place for a family because it’s not too pristine. Love-worn is what my grandma would have called it. A nice place overall for the price.

Property is outdated but everything we needed was there. I was disappointed with the inability to open the blinds all the way in the upstairs master where the beautiful view is. Also, the tarp on the upstairs deck is very cumbersome and frankly somewhat of a liability, since it's easy to trip over it when going out on the upstairs deck.

The management company was great! I received a telephone call shortly after booking and another one the day before check-in. The sheets, towels and mattresses were slightly above average. We had a wonderful weekend, the location can't be beat. My only criticism is that the cookware is very very beat up. We had to go out and purchase our own frying pan. The carpet is in pretty bad shape as well. I normally would not comment except that we spent over $830.00 for one weekend so I would expect these small things to be better maintained.

Great location, furniture and decor was very well used and comfortable. Kitchen was well equiped.

Porch light fixture was broken and needs replacement.

Various loud rattling around the first floor included a ceiling fan, chimney, and HVAC unit outside the bedroom of the guestroom.

Overall, I would say this place is average in condition and excellent in location.

I would recommend this place for a sunny day.

The location was just perfect. Walking distance to the wedding venue and many restaurants, shops and bars. Could use a little updating but was very clean. The only issue we had was the electrical outlets in the master bath weren't working. No big deal as there were several others in the master bedroom.I would definitely stay in Archer again.

Our vacations were almost perfect. The rental Archer is a nice and very clean house in frontbeach, absolutely awesome.

We enjoyed our stay with sunny weather just before Hurricane Dorian required mandatory evacuation. The place was neat and clean and was perfect for our short respite. Decor was a little dated but met our needs. I would recommend Arher for your family.

Your company is very blessed to have an employee such as Chelsey. She was there for us from the beginning she is a pleasant, professional and caring person. We had great time , everything was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

Great week with family at an excellent location for beach use Plumbing needs attention. Faucets were hard to use. Carpet was dingy and need attention. Stove is outdated. Pillows were poor condition.

We hosted our three teenage granddaughters and found the house & location were ideal! They could come and go to the beach on their own and we could join them or watch them from the two balconies. I would rent this house again in a minute!

We had a fabulous week at Archer. Although the interior is a bit older, it was clean and super functional. The king bed in the master was amazingly comfortable. The view from the top deck is spectacular and the overall location can't be beat.

We had a lovely week at Archer on Wrightsville Beach. The location really could not be better, just steps from the beach and a big pier. Great local food and places to visit. The cottage is very comfortable and well maintained, although not newly furnished or updated. When the electricity went out and AC stopped, the maintenance support came quickly and remained until it was resolved.

The view and location are perfect. The house is in need of major upgrades.. The Stove on had one eye that worked and the stove didn't work at all. The tv's are on major need of upgrade.. There was no grill to cook out on.. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.. Just had to eat out every morning and night..

Great property and perfect for our family. Only concerns were the conditions of the deck and stairs leading up to the back deck. Nail heads on deck boards and stairs are rusty and several nail head came off when stepping on them. Often in bare feet; decks and stairs need maintenance.

We loved the Archer property! Lots of room, very comfortable, and the view was fabulous! We spent every evening on the deck, watching the sun go down and star gazing. A fabulous place for a family vacation.

I had a wonderful experience working with Intercostal Realty. My contact Lisa was so helpful and went out of her way to make our stay special. The property was as described. It was clean and maintained. It needs some updates but worked well for us as we had young children with us. Besides, the location was perfect and I didn't travel across the country for the was the beach!! I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone who loves the ocean. Make sure you so to Roberts grocery store and get their cheese dip. It is awesome. The Chop House has superior steaks and service. Hope we are able to visit again some day.

We enjoyed our stay at Archer. All the beds were comfortable, plenty of seating in the living room. Loved the quiet dishwasher. the outside shower has hot and cold water, not private. The kitchen was a little lacking- only 1 cookie sheet, no casserole dishes for the microwave and only 3 dinner knives for 6 people. The deck furniture wasn't in the best shape- some of the plastic chairs were broken, and the metal ones are pretty rusty. Overall, we had a very nice week and would recommend this rental to others.
