BHI Sand Castle

The newly renovated Sand Castle offers a commanding view of the Atlantic Ocean, one of the best on the island. A completely new kitchen, renovated baths, and floors, plus 2023 lifted golf carts make this house perfect for parties of up to ten. With an estimated 3,000 square feet and a short walk across the street to the beach, it is in the ideal location. The Bald Head Island Club and Shoals Club are accessible with the purchase of temporary membership. Guests will enjoy grilling, hanging out on the screened porch, warming up by the fireplace on cooler nights (wood burning), and easy access to island amenities.

Sleeps 10 (max.). 4 bedrooms (1K-1Q-1Q-2Bunkbeds). 4 full baths. (2) 4 passenger carts. One minute to beach access.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Saturday-Saturday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 3:30pm property check-in and 9:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 3:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 9:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.

Optional fees: Travel Insurance and Security Damage Waiver. Reservations will include the SDW non-refundable fee, if you choose to opt out of the SDW fee, a refundable Security Deposit will be charged to your reservation. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after checking out and no damage to property.
