Newly renovated Sand Castle offers a commanding view of the Atlantic Ocean, one of the best on the island. A completely new kitchen, renovated baths and floors, plus 2023 lifted golf carts makes this house perfect for parties of up to ten. With an estimated 3,000 square feet and a short walk across the street to the beach it is in the ideal location. The Bald Head Island Club is accessible with a purchase of a temporary membership. Guests will enjoy grilling, hanging out on the screened porch, warming up by the fireplace on cooler nights (wood burning) and easy access to island amenities.
