This oceanfront home is designed for fun and relaxation. With its wraparound porches, ping pong table, horseshoe pit, and direct beach access, outdoor entertainment is a breeze. The house also features a gourmet kitchen, whimsical architecture, and stunning ocean views to make guests' stay truly memorable. Two primary suites, an upstairs sitting area with access to the upper porch, expansive porches for entertainment, a grilling area, hammock, porch bar, ample dining seating, gourmet kitchen, superior interior finishes, and a separate mini bar area in the living space ensure maximum comfort and enjoyment. Whimsical architecture and ocean views offer guests a memorable stay.

Sleeps 10 (max.). 4 bedrooms with additional sleeping in the den (1K-1Q-1Q-2T-1S). 4 full baths. (1) 4 passenger cart and (1) 6 passenger cart. HD SATV. Direct beach access. 7-night minimum year-round.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Sunday-Sunday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 4:30pm property check-in and 9:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 4:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 9:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.

Perfect for our Family

This home was beautiful and spacious for our large family! It's less than a 5 minute walk to the very private beach. The house was so clean and charming with ocean views from the top floor. Everyone in our family had a wonderful time during our stay and had plenty of space to feel settled and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. The 2 golf carts were awesome! The management company was so kind and helped with all of the questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, trip of a lifetime for our family!!!

Perfect beach getaway

Our family had a fabulous week staying in this beautiful home. So well equipped, there was nothing it lacked. Easy walk to the beach, and very private. Lots of space to spread out, gorgeous outdoor spaces, even has horseshoes and ping pong. The owners have spared no expense in equipping this home for a stress-free vacation. We will be back!

A Nice Place to Stay

We enjoyed our time on BALD HEAD ISLAND and the house where we stayed offered everything we needed. It was clean and the kitchen was very well-equipted. The grounds were very well-kept and there was lots of furniture in various places outside the house to sit in and enjoy. It was a lot farther away from the beach than I had imagined from seeing the pictures but other than that it was a very nice house and we would highly recommend it.

Family Favorite Beach House

Our extended family of 16 people have been spending our summer beach vacations at Bald Head Island for 23 years. We just found our forever favorite house for 10 of us on the Island. Cape Watch Cottage is remarkable with every detail cleverly thought through. The Homeowners have every kitchen gadget and bar item you could want. Beach chairs and outdoor family fun with the ping pong table and horse shoe pit is fabulous. The wrap-around porch with outdoor bar, rockers, hammock and little nooks here and there is so relaxing. The herb garden is extensive and the fresh produce was so much appreciated. We anticipate many more summer weeks at Cape Watch Cottage in the years to come. Intracoastal Realty was superb to work with and took care of any concerns we had. Their attention to detail and responsiveness was excellent. This was a First Rate vacation and comes highly recommended.
