What an awesome renovation. The owners have thought of everything to make this a tranquil and calm vacation spot. It’s just calm and comfortable With the biggest tv ever! Great to watch sports or a movie in so much comfort. Will book again and again. Our whole family Loved it.

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation with our adult children. Overall, the unit was quite clean upon our arrival. Several surfaces had not been cleaned and the area rug in the living room was filthy. The furniture in the living room was quite worn (to be expected) but comfy. We are really looking forward to our stay again next summer!!!

This was our 15th Summer in the same unit. And adding a 3rd week was great. However, this unit is showing it’s age and continues to need an update.
We are tentatively rebooked for 2022

The condo's description was accurate. We have stayed in other Duneridge condos and this unit was much larger. Each of the three bedrooms was a master and it also had a half bath. We liked the close proximately to the pool and the beach. We also enjoyed the 2nd balcony on the soundside. The property was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed dinner at the Boathouse and The Marina Grill.

We really enjoyed ourselves in an excellent property in a really good condo complex. Great pool and easy ocean access. We easily cooked breakfasts every day and two dinners as the kitchen was was well equipped. The beds were all comfortable with no sag. Bathrooms could use an update and showers are tight but otherwise perfect. We would rate 4.5 out of 5. Would definitely consider staying here again next year!

Great stay with family in Wrightsville Beach! Condo is dated and worn, but easily accommodated our extended family of 15 for dinner and games. Although not oceanfront, easily accessible for walks on the beach and sitting by the pool. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans. Add blow dryer to list of items guests should bring. Chelsey at front desk was very helpful and informative at the front desk when we checked in.

We had a wonderful time at our condo. It was exactly the same as it was 20 years ago. It definitely could use some updating. But the location is worth the stay. Easy access to the pool and the beach. We love the area and it is so family friendly.

This was our 14th Summer in DR 3104. Our stay was very pleasant, as usual, and problem. I need to give a special shout out to Chelsey for her outstanding customer service. Any and all concerns were promptly addressed and resolved.

WE currently have a tentative reservation for 3 weeks in 2021.

This property was perfect for us. The photos on the Intracoastal site are true to the actual property - it is spacious and very nice. The pool is actually larger than it appeared in the photos. The only trouble we had was with the keys to the unit with some not working in all the locks needed. I think the directions on how to enter the unit need to be a little clearer as well. We arrived at night after the office had closed, tired from a long drive and in the middle of a storm, so if we had been able to arrive during office hours, we wouldn't have had issues. But once we were in, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again.

Was disappointed the pool did not open! Our stay was still GREAT. We stay in this unit multiple times through out the year and love it. The unit was clean, easy access to beach and pool, and well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.*****

This is the third year that our family has stayed at this property. We love the location! The amenities are very nice. The condo's furnishings are starting to look tired. It's probably time to get new bed spreads and new covers for living room furniture. It has lost some of its sparkle since our first visit. Otherwise it is a very nice place to stay!

When we arrived this home was clean and welcoming. This is an end unit overlooking the pool with easy access to pool and beach. Enjoy the sunrise from the pool deck and the sunset from the marsh deck. Great experience!

Generally an overall good experience. Since this was our 13th consecutive stay in this unit, we were disappointed that the ice maker wasn’t labeled to not use. When we plugged it in, as in past years, it began to generate dirty ice. While management was aware of the problem, it was not flagged.

We stayed at this same condo 18 years ago and it was exceptional then and has not deteriorated in the least! It is located on a beautiful beach with excellent security, stunning amenities, and great views of sun up and sunset. This was a great location for a family reunion. Great restaurants, fishing, beach combing, and the nearby turtle hospital are worthwhile attractions.

We have been renting this property for a number of years now and have always been very pleased with these accomodations. It has always been clean, fresh and in working order. This property is convenient to the pool area and provides level access to pool and beach (no stairs to climb). We always have fun and this unit works perfectly for our family.

This was our 12th Summer staying at Duneridge. The whole family enjoys the beach and the pool. Other than some weather issues, our two week stay was delightful and we already booked for next year.

The layout is perfect for our extended family. We gather for lunch around the large dining table. Each family has their own room for privacy. Pool and beach access are very convenient also. Great restaurants are just a short drive away.
