The ocean view was enhanced with new accordion doors to the newly expanded front porch just off the living room. The new outdoor shower area is an excellent place to wash off the beach sand.

Sleeps 9 (max.). 4 bedrooms (1K-1Q-1T, 1Q-1Q). 3 full baths. 1 half bath. (2) new 4-passenger carts. Adjacent to beach access. High-Speed Internet. Pet Friendly. Week only Memorial Day - Labor Day.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Saturday-Saturday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 5:30pm property check-in and 11:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 5:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 11:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.

Optional fees: Travel Insurance and Security Damage Waiver. Reservations will include the SDW non-refundable fee, if you choose to opt out of the SDW fee, a refundable Security Deposit will be charged to your reservation. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after checking out and no damage to property.
