The house has amazing space. It was perfect for the 20 of us.The beach and the view is amazing.

Excellent! The home was well equipped with kitchen and dining needs. Great having washers and dryers on each floor. Convenience to the beach couldn’t be beat. Elevator was great for old knees and moving in and out. Thoroughly enjoyed house. It was very comfortable and accommodated our large family. Only suggestion would be to update some of the pillows.

This is a great house for a big family group. So close to the beach, big porches, multiple kitchens and bedrooms. The realty company was very responsive and helpful. Some of the appliances weren't up to standard - one microwave broken, one refrigerator leaking - but that may be because it's been a long busy season. The elevator works well, as long as you are sure to close the doors on every floor! The decor is dated if you care about such things (we don't). There are maybe too many small pieces of furniture for the amount of space - I'd get rid of the small chests of drawers and ornamental shelves to give it a more roomy feel. But these are minor things - overall, a great experience and good value for the money.

The accommodations were perfect. Comfy beds, plenty of blankets, rugs,and kitchen tools and working appliances. The sliding glass door to the bottom floor deck did not open all the way, several porch chairs were broken and it did not seem well cleaned when we arrived.
