My Golden Jewel is a recently updated ocean view unit in Carolina Beach’s Sea Colony complex, and is the perfect place for a small family's vacation or a romantic weekend getaway! The living room holds a large recliner, a sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV, and offers access to the covered front balcony - the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a dinner in, if you choose. In the hallway between the living room and the bedroom there is a bunk bed in the alcove that is perfect for kids. The bedroom is at the back of the condo, with a king size bed and access to the bathroom, which was remodeled in late 2022.

The complex is ocean front with beautiful ocean views, plenty of parking, a large pool, and direct beach access. Within walking distance from this complex is a pizza shop, an ice cream shop, the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar, and a lake with a walking trail.
