Our Tern

This beautiful Bald Head Island vacation rental home offers a secluded island escape perfect for relaxing and catching one's breath. The welcoming front porch offers a swing and sitting chairs and once inside the home, the outside world noises fade away. Our Tern is beautifully decorated, offers a large screened porch with gas grill and sitting for six-plus people. The full-size laundry room and large washer/dryer make it a snap to return home without laundry to do. The well equipped and organized kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor along with a primary bath. In addition to the primary bedroom on the first floor, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and access to a full bath is also located on the main living floor. The home offers three Roku T.V.s (primary bedroom and two guest bedrooms) along with Spectrum cable and a large screen TV in the living room. As a bonus, your four-legged family member is also welcomed! The small fenced backyard is an excellent companion to the home's pet-friendly status. The home is located minutes away from the grocery store and shops at Maritime Way. Our Tern is a quiet, comfortable getaway cottage.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Friday-Friday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 4:30pm property check-in and 10:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 4:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 10:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.

Optional fees: Travel Insurance and Security Damage Waiver. Reservations will include the SDW non-refundable fee, if you choose to opt out of the SDW fee, a refundable Security Deposit will be charged to your reservation. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after checking out and no damage to property.
