The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a full hall bath with washer/dryer in the closet. The living room also has a queen size pull out sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king bed, a full private bathroom, and a small street side balcony. Conveniently located on the north end of the island, this unit also has access to a community pool that is right next to the private beach access. Assigned parking for 2 vehicles using shared common driveway.
