Rooms with a View is conveniently located to the Shops at Maritime Way and both the Shoals and Bald Head Island Club. Recently renovated bathrooms and kitchen. New golf carts, windows, interior/exterior furniture, and landscaping makes Rooms With a View a perfect vacation rental. Enhance your experience with optional memberships to both the Shoals Club and the Bald Head Island Club (available at separate pricing).

Sleeps 8 (max.). 4 bedrooms (1K-1Q-1Q-1Q). 3 full baths. 1 half bath. (2) 4 passenger carts. High speed internet. Fireplace. Direct beach access.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Saturday-Saturday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 5:30pm property check-in and 11:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 5:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 11:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.

*INTRACOASTAL REALTY DOES NOT GUARANTEE NUMBER OF OR CONDITION OF BIKES, BEACH UMBRELLAS, BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH TOYS, OR BEACH TOWELS. ANY CANOES, KAYAKS, OR PERSONAL WATERCRAFT ARE NOT A PART OF THE STANDARD HOME RENTAL PACKAGE.

Optional fees: Travel Insurance and Security Damage Waiver. Reservations will include the SDW non-refundable fee, if you choose to opt out of the SDW fee, a refundable Security Deposit will be charged to your reservation. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after checking out and no damage to property.

Great House and Location on BHI

This oceanfront home was the perfect place to enjoy our Thanksgiving with family. The large round dining table comfortably accommodates 6 people and the kitchen is well equipped. Open to the living area it is perfect for gathering. The sunroom off the living area with the two large chairs facing the beach/ocean are the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the morning cup of coffee. The game table in this room is great as well. The first floor Master is a delight and the bathroom has been beautifully updated. Did have a problem with one of the golf carts holding a charge but the management company supplied a new cart the same day. BHI has lots of fun family actiities going on over the Thanksgiving weekend. Highly recommend.

End of Summer

Although BHI is a super family place, once school is back in session, the empty beach and perfect weather are a tranquil retreat. The restaurants are not crowded and everyone is relaxed. The house itself was clean, spacious, airy and filled with light. The natural windswept dunes reminded us of old movies. Quite romantic!

Idyllic Setting

Peace and quiet rocking on the beautiful wrap around porch. An amazing new gas grill - steaks and hamburgers never better looking at the dunes and sea. And a modern shower to finish the day.

Family Friendly & Beautiful Home

My family recently traveled to Bald Head Island for the first time with our 2 year old and 5 month old, and it was one of the easiest trips thanks to staying at such a family friendly rental! It was so nice not to lug all our baby gear along since the house included a crib, pack n play, boosters, high chair, and so many beach toys! There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own rooms, including grandparents. We loved sitting on the big wrap around porch (that had gates so tiny feet couldn’t escape), cooking on the grill, exploring the island with the house rental provided golf carts, and conveniently being only steps from the beach! Highly recommend this rental, especially for anyone traveling with little kids! We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Beautiful home and setting

The wind shifted from time to time, and the rain came a couple of of days, and each time we could find a comfortable dry place on the wrap around porch to enjoy the breeze outside. Loved cooking up fresh seafood from the market, grilling hamburgers on the outdoor grill, and biking all over one of the most beautiful islands anywhere. I also had to opportunity to visit the new gym at the Bald Head Island Club and it was incredibly complete for even a gym aficionado. Walking down the private walk and turning to the left on the beach to visit the roiling waters at the point - priceless. Soaking in the lovely master bathtub after playing all day though was my favorite part!

Fully renovated modern interior

Lovely kitchen re-do and furnishings updated as well, with a new paint job, and new windows, seems like a new home. I've stayed previously, and the transformation is wonderful. Also, of note, the home now has 3 queens, as the trundle bed was replaced. From the porch or inside, it seems like you can just reach out and touch the sea oats swaying on the beautiful sand dunes. They're only a short few steps down the private boardwalk to the beach.

Great brand new renovation

I have stayed here before and the wrap around porch, the views from every room and the private beach access is beyond beautiful. All the bathrooms have been beautifully renovated along with other improvements. Highly recommend!
