Such a cute little condo, perfect ocean views!

We can't say enough about our stay. We can't wait to come back and stay again. The only 2 things I would say is the dryer takes forever to dry the clothes and the pool is very small. However, in the scheme of things, not worth a complaint. I did have an injury to my leg and am elevator would have been very helpful. Any complaints we had, were addressed quickly.

The condo was exactly as it was shown on website. Awesome view from the deck. Great location. It was very clean. The management team was great to deal with. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a beautiful rental in a fabulous location. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Apartment was clean and well stocked with dishes. A few updates are needed. A twin bed had no feet under the frame at the bottom, so the bed was on a severe slant. Both twin mattresses need to be replaced. They sag and are uncomfortable. The toilet in the master bath rocks and should be secured to the floor. Several light fixtures needed bulbs. Other than these needed updates, we had a wonderful vacation and hope to rent again in the future.

The location of this rental cannot be beat! An easy walk to the boardwalk, lake, and eating- we did not move our car most of the week! The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous, and the balcony was a great size as well! Our only complaint was that the furniture and TV were dated: drawers got easily stuck on dressers and mattress tended to sink in the center in the master bedroom. The TV has basic cable and a Roku remote, but was not a Roku TV or did not have a Roku adapter so you could only watch a handful of channels. Otherwise a great place to stay!

Loved this ocean front condo! The parking space is huge. Enough for 3 cars. Our friends at Adams’s IV had shared parking spaces and had problems being blocked in. Perfect location! Close boardwalk and restaurants. The condo was nice. Beds were comfortable. Could use a tad updating compared to some other condos in the area. We would definitely stay here again!! Realty company was great to work with!

From initial contact with Intracoastal everything went smoothly. Condo was clean and in a good walkable location to boardwalk and restaurants. Very well stocked condo only drawback is master bedroom mattress and pool is very small but definitely would stay here again!

We loved this condo. It is oceanfront so when we weren't on the beach , we could see it all day. The condo was clean and well decorated. The management company was top notch and easy to work with. They were right there to take care of any issues. The condo is right across the street from the lake and minutes from the boardwalk. Balcony is large and furnished. We will be back next year!

Me and my family had a great time the place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I would say was bad was you could hear people walking upstairs but that didn't bother us to much so not a big deal for me. But between how nice the place was and the location and view from the deck made it a great place for my family

The condo was in a great location with a beautiful view. Also very clean and comfortable! The chairs on the deck were particularly nice, allowing an unobstructed view of the beach. Our family of 5 would definitely stay again!

Management did a great job keeping us informed of a possible hurricane evacuation, and were to easy to work with. Enjoyed our stay and rental was perfect location.

Overall, this is a good vacation condo. Only a few complaints. First, there is little soundproofing between floors and the people renting above us had two small kids and so it was VERY noisy, especially early in the morning. The clothes dryer was not working correctly. The sheets that came with the rental appeared to have some mold on them. There was also some end of season wear and tear (crayon on the walls, dust bunnies, etc.).
The location is nice and the condo has a good layout.

Beach trips for me are hard to be anything but fabulous. We enjoyed our stay ... only pitfall was being unaccustomed to having people above us. You can hear every step and every chair movement .. made it difficult to sleep sometimes.

The condo was nicely appointmented. The time of year made the pool very nice and not crowded, everyone we ran into was super nice.

Weather was terrific, could not have asked for more. Did we have fun in the sun? Yes we did.

This is a lovely property--the decor is comfortable and not too kitschy-beachy. The beds are comfy, the location exceptional and all in all a great experience. This unit is not dog friendly, but others around us were, and my only complaint was hearing dogs whine and bark during the day, and the heavy treads of the people staying above us on three.

The first time vacation at Carolina Beach with two of our adult children was most enjoyable. First time at this destination after over a 100 trips to our own oceanfront place at Emerald Isle. The beach was quite beautiful as were the ocean view. The town was low key but had all the necessities. Our condo was atttractive and well maintained.

Loved the condo. The owners are not cheap in decorating and it was literally right on the water. The cleaning crew needs a scolding. Two pr. of shoes, Leggos and Cheerios were found, along with a dirty kitchen floor (our guess-trash juice)so the smell when we walked in was very unappealing. But once I cleaned, which no one wants to do on vacation, we could settle in. Loved being able to walk to local attractions too.

Had a great time at CB and loved the condo! Overall, very nice, comfortable, clean and a great view. Just the right size for 4 people or less. Walking distance to boardwalk and shops/eating. Great location. Only complaint was the construction noise next door...which can't be helped and at least the weekend was quiet :) Will visit again!

Pros- Location was prime and checkin/checkout was easy. The colors are great. The view is amazing. Intracostal staff was friendly and courteous. The condo was pretty clean minus some personal items (boys underwear and baby blanket under one bed and toys under the other). Almost everything you need is within walking distance. The supply closet under the condo was a very nice addition as it is filled with beach items.

Cons- Kitchen faucet won't turn left/right, but it is a minor inconvenience. The gold key does not work to open condo. Sands III D2 is renovating so we got to listen to the sander every time we went to our unit. New construction is going on two doors down so lots of framing hammers going off too.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable (not always the case). The view was great. Can walk to several options for meals and treats. Intracoastal Realty made it easy to secure the space and handled everything very professionally. You may want to check the construction phase going on next door before your stay. We'll stay in this same unit again.

Spent a week here with my wife and two kids aged 12 and 13. Property was as described. Very nicely decorated with nice ocean views from both the living room and master bedroom. Convenient and spacious parking underneath unit. Far enough away from the boardwalk area for peace and quiet but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the covered porch which was high enough to see over the dunes but low enough to still be covered unlike the unit above. A few minor negatives: Seating on the porch was a rocker and the two chairs seen in the photo which weren't very comfortable. No dishwasher detergent, salt and pepper, or large kitchen knife.
Okay, now back to the positives. Bedding was very comfortable. Dishware and silverware was high quality and plentiful. Great blender! Would stay here again. Had a wonderful time.
