Blue skies await at Vista Azule! This stunning newly built home offers the perfect blend of convenience and luxury and is the perfect place for large family gatherings or multi-generational retreats. The home has 5 bedrooms, each with a TV and its own custom, private en suite bathroom, complete with high end finishes, LED lighting, and spa-like showers with multiple shower heads. This is a house where everyone gets “the good bedroom”! The house also features a coffee/wet bar on each floor, with a Keurig coffee maker and k-cups and sweeteners provided.

As you enter the house on the ground level, you’ll find the garage access and the elevator, which reaches each floor of the home. One floor up you are greeted by a small sitting area with a sleeper sofa and TV, as well as a hallway half bath and access to the lower-level wrap around deck. This floor has 3 bedrooms, the first of which has an adjustable king bed. This bedroom is not fully ADA compliant, but has been designed to be wheelchair accessible, including the shower in the private bathroom, and it also has access to the wrap around deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and yet another uniquely customized private bathroom. At the end of the hall is the “kid’s room”, but its 4-queenwhite oak built in bunk beds make it anything but ordinary, and the private bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is also on this floor and contains 2 washers and 2 dryers that make laundry days a breeze!

On the third floor, guests will find the gorgeous open concept kitchen and main living area. This space offers a perfect blend of high-end elegance and cozy décor, with tons of room for everyone to gather for family dinners and movie/game nights. Everything in the kitchen is the best of the best, including the 60-inch range, two dishwashers, high-end appliances, and an outdoor grill featuring a rotisserie and griddle. Whether you’re whipping up a feast or enjoying a casual meal, this space has everything you would need. There’s a shared half bath off of the kitchen, and down the hall a bit is the “office bedroom” with a queen bed, desk workspace with printer, and private bath with walk in shower.

The top floor is the best place in the house to take in the lively night scenes of Carolina Beach. The top floor deck has a hot tub that fits 7, as well as a sitting area with a gas firepit. Here you can see the ocean, the lake, and the boardwalk all at once! This floor also has the true primary suite, with a king bed, and the largest private bathroom in the house. This magnificent space has a massive walk-in shower as well as a soaking tub, and is decorated with unbelievable marble work that makes it feel like you’re in a piece of art
